The steelbar thing was in Turkey. This incident was just about Timo hurting himself from the landing of the jump, like Elena did also but a little bit worse I guess.

Are you sure steering has broken after landing? I remember from 2010 that Mikko said it was a suspension failure, it didnt rebounce correctly but nothing was wrong or broken

Every stage has a avarage speed limit, that's why they add chicanes, and it's for safety btw.
