This video missed so many other estates/suburbs and probably the 2nd best suburd in KZN and top 5 in South Africa. COTSWOLD DOWNS ESTATE in Hillcrest. It beats every estate mentioned her but Zimbali (which is the no1 ranked estate in RSA).
