The Leopard 2A7 is close to 12 million euro per tank. We pay about 14 million per tank including support and spares for the Leopard 2A8. So it is highly unlikely that the A7+ would be close to that.

T-14 is the most expensive, hand made and none with a functional engine. The price will rise due to the need for a complete redesign.
