I live 1 hour away from a city name Rouyn Noranda, they have some chain restaurences but they also have some that are unique to the city, like one that is name The Elf if i remember because i don't see it alot and i never go to eat there.

Correct pronunciation as you say BENYAYS but wrong description! There is no chocolate or filling in the center. That would be a stuffed doughnut. Beignets have powdered Sugar on the outside inside it’s just air

They can't be that famous when I never heard of half of them. A couple of things I miss from the Buffalo area are the chicken wings and cheesesteaks since I moved to the panhandle of Florida. There are a few places that sell them both but are not nearly as good except for "Joe's Corner Pub" who's wings are very, very good. Served fried with celery, no carrots and Blue Cheese no Ranch. Still made the proper way, deep fried in oil. No baked, no air fried, no pan fried and no made ahead and microwaved. You can see them fried them right in front of you. Because of this, if you are in a hurry, call them in before you head out the door if you are getting them to go. You could eat them there and enjoy a beer and shoot a game of pool while you wait.

Gordon Ramsey is a master chef but just like Simon Cowell to music his expectations of even some of the world's most gourmet chefs are just way too high creating a highly criticizable ego!!!! Sorry Gordo bro, I have great respect for you but being that harsh on some people especially those with learning disabilities (myself included) may not encourage them but deter them therefore ruining their self confidence!
