I was choked up watching Jimmy Kimmel’s emotional tribute last Monday and He delivered a great story about Bob Saget. Losing someone is very hard and Saget made everyone laugh every day we get to watch classic episodes of America’s Funniest Home Videos (Full episodes can be found on AFV Classics). He will be missed. I grew up watching Full house living in San Francisco. Always wishing that I had a family & father like Danny Tanner and family. My husband and I have been lucky to be able to see him on tour twice. In a time where television was wholesome and family meant the most. Bob Saget AKA Danny Tanner showed us all what it meant to go through it all and still be grateful for what we had. Just like many others I could remember as a child watching TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) with family while eating dinner and always sensing the love that everyone had on the show. When the show ended it hurt, but when they came out with Fuller House I was front and center to watch each and every episode. We all send our heartfelt condolences to his family and mourn the loss of a dad who was like no other. Thanks for all the memories Bob and continue to provide love and guidance to all those that will continue to receive your message.

July, 2013 Hermosa Beach, Ca..... Bob Saget: Hey how you doing, you doing alright? Me: I'm feeling like an asshole right now standing here with you..... Bob Saget: Whoa, people just usually tell me that i suck n throw a rotten vegetable or shot glass at my face or something... They never turn it on themselves ( laughs ) Me: No i just took 40 busses for 4 hours from the valley, where my dads laying in the hospital, most likely dying, just to come meet your ass, didnt go into the show blah..... Ive been there for almost a week straight but i needed a break n escape for a minute n just saw that u were gonna be here.... n for some cracked out reason coming here felt right" Bob: Wow, youre hardcore and i am not scared of you for some reason..... Me: Ha, Thanks Bob: You know that all of us parents, all we want is for our kids to have the open opportunities and hopefully the half assed sanity to instill into their small heads from our aging, half there minds. I'm sure that your dad will understand you coming here, deathbed or not, for whatever spark of inspiration to get your heart on the same level of acceptance and right place for you, no matter how lame...." I remember when I first heard Bob Saget’s voice in the movie of Madagascar. I didn't see him until I saw him on the Full House reboot on TV when I went over to Tamara's house. I loved every minute of it. When I saw on Twitter that he had died unexpectedly, I was completely shocked. To me, it just felt like a bad dream that I can't wake up from. I almost dropped the phone in horror.

I am only 40 but I also grew up watching Bob on full house. I never missed a episode and when I heard he passed it automatically put tears in my eyes ! He was funny loving kind just like my dad. I lost my mom 7 yrs ago and my dad 3 yrs ago so my thoughts and prayers go to his family I am very sorry for your loss 😔

Random fans called in the saying bob would get there family into to see a Doc. The guy was truly great when came to helping people that suffered from his sister disease.

From the first host of Americas Funniest Home Videos, to Full House, to Dumb and Dumber (3?), to HIMYM, to stand up, and everything in between, I am fuxking flattened (STILL) that he's gone. Everyone who is a nineties kid can say that we grew up with him as our tv dad. I even requested Netflix and other streaming shows to put the first series of AFHV on their shows. It was so pure, so innocent. He taught us so much as Danny Tanner. He was the same age as my dad is now. I am still greiving. I wish his wife and kids the best.

Danny was always my favourite character, him and his cleaning always made me laugh. I was devastated and shocked when I woke up and checked the news of him passing.
