My absolute favourite scene is the "We're not saying the same thing" scene. As someone who has horrible episodes of debilitating anxiety, that scene feels so insanely relatable. When you're anxious and you feel like no one understands what you're going through and you feel helpless and trapped and you just want to shout.

How could you leave out Janice's detective partner finding out Barry killed her and when we all think he is about to catch him, he just asks Barry to kill his wife's boyfriend. The anxiety and build up of that scene is crazy good

I love this show honestly. One of my favorites. Lot of funny moments.. but then it can get super real out of nowhere. Like the first season with Chris. Such good writing. and BILL is a great actor.

What I love about Barry is that the term comedy is very loosely used here. It is comedy by a thin thin thread! I thought it would be a more straight out comedy but I absolutely do not think it is a bad thing..

@ComedyTV I've seen all of those but not all of Curb your enthusiasm, only season 1. Maybe I should rewatch that and watch it thru. But I will give Barry a chance because I've watched the tips you gave me :) very good suggestions by the way! All those series are really good especially Breaking Bad and Better call saul in my opinion!

For veterans it’s amazing storytelling while also bringing things to light like how Barry talked about his first time in combat or killing someone it’s an uneasy conversation to have especially in front of a group of people with more liberal views not that it’s a bad thing but it’s terrifying to be judged by the people you respect and care about
