The chronic fatigue episode...I am so tired all the time. Every doctor says it's just getting older. I am 68. Can pass for 48. If I do any type of exercise, I sleep for sometimes 2 to 3 days literally. I have total empathy for Dorothy. It's even worse because I am male.

I used to watch this show with my mum and grandma, while eating cheesecake, and we each had a favourite Golden Girl. My mum loved Blanche, my Grandma Sophia, and my favourite was Rose.

Every time Ms Mojo uploads a video about The Golden Girls, it either makes me smile and/or frown....because I miss the show so much (haven't watched season 7 - because the channel that carried The Golden Girls and other 80's American t.v shows was pulled out on our cable provider in my country outside the U.S). From literally reading about the show on Wikipedia (out of curiosity in 2017 or 2018) to actually getting to watch it on t.v until season 6 only

I spent a week in the hospital after complications after hip replacement surgery. The only channel worth watching played The Golden Girls, and a few others I liked. The younger nurses laughed when they came in to check on me. I just laughed and told them I used to watch them when I was younger. (I had just turned 52 at the time)

As a person who has undergone open-heart surgery _and_ scoliosis surgery before the age of 18, I can definitely understand the surgery scare. However, if any of my doctors suggested that I have any more surgery of any kind, I wouldn’t want to do it but I _would_ do it.
