So for those wondering why Sandman needed to be cured here's the thing. Marco never wanted to be a bad guy, he was just trying to provide for his daughter. He got his powers by accident and despite becoming good in the end he didn't want to be a hero either. All Marco wants is to be with the one person he loves- his daughter, and if he became a hero that would put her in equal danger than if he remained a villain. So the only way to truly help Sandman was by removing his powers, so he could go back to the way he was before and live out his days with his daughter free of danger.

I like how MJ asked Peter-3 if he was ok after he saved her. She could tell this affected him.
@paulzammataro71852 жыл бұрын
Only way that scene could've been any better after that, is if he set her down and started to turn away, and she put her hand on his arm, they look at each other, and then she hugs him.
@BuddyNovinski2 жыл бұрын
@@paulzammataro7185 It's a great idea, but it slows down the action. Supposedly Zendaya added the extra line, "Are you alright?", which emphasized the scene, and the director figured it was enough.

In the story "What Do You Think of Spider-Man?", Captain America said that Spider-Man "is one of the greatest men I've ever known." In the comic SPIDER-MAN 2099, one group called Spider-Man the greatest hero of his time. Not bad for a trainwreck of a working-class hero, eh?
@k2datrack2 жыл бұрын
Actually, no. You have Kevin Feige to thank for that. His passion is what made Spiderman what he is today. The MCU already had Iron Man and if the deal for Spidey showing up in Civil War never came through, the MCU would have done fine without him

The MCU did something fantastic - bringing different movies/characters/stories into a shared cinematic universe. Spider-Man: No Way Home did something even more fantastic - bridging different cinematic universes together. What would really knock it out of the park? An MCU/DCEU crossover.
