Honestly accurate. I would have put Magiranger a little bit higher, since it also has that medieval theme, and would have also included Goseiger or Shinkenger. Overall, Gokaiger is very unique. King Ogher, and Gokaiger would honestly be on the same level for me. Both shows were great. I hope that they can return, or even team up. Rita meeting Joe. Gira meeting Marvelous would be very interesting. I hope that Gokaiger has more appearances as a team or at least with each other.

Its a crime that you didn't include Kyuranger in a UNIQUE sentai list lol... It has a lot of firsts... - First sentai to start with more than 5 rangers - First sentai to have a fully fledged Space and Constellation theme - First sentai to have Gold and Silver in the core team - First sentai to have regular non face actor rangers in the main team - First sentai where the villains already took over earth and the entire universe before episode 1 Like that is a lot of firsts for a sentai... especially after 40 years otherwise the list is pretty cool

It may be “unofficial” but I find Akibaranger to be unique as well as it almost feel like an anniversary season but it has an adult Sentai fan twist on it. It’s definitely the most “adult” out of the Sentai seasons as well. Plus it’s one of the few to keep a 3 team format as well as the only season where there’s only one male Ranger

I'm watching ToQger for the first time and it's literally so much fun. I'm a Sentai veteran that's been watching since Shinkenger was first subbed but the cast is just so much fun to watch that I'm regretting not giving this series a watch for so long.

I'm quite surprised you did not include Kyuranger, the first super sentai that had 9 members in the core team. Also the first one to have costumes that is somewhat unique to each character, ie. Oushi Black is notably bulkier and has blocky costume, Ookami blue has fur, Sasori Orange has a stinger, Kajiki Yellow has a pointy visor, etc. Also, the story is unique as the world, or rather the universe, has already fallen in the clutches of the villains and the heroes are pretty much the resistance in this story.

I would add Akibaranger to honorable mention, for these reasons: - The first sentai to have second season. - The shortest sentai with only 26 episode (including recap episode) - Theme around Akiba culture (anime, sentai, doujinshi, concept cafe, idol, cosplay, and tokusatsu). - The unofficial sentai made by Toei. - Plotlines revolve around Super Sentai as a show, and; - Most members are female.

So a thing about Zenkaiser, his colour scheme is actually based on one of the Gorenger mecha called the "Validorin" which is an aircraft that is both red & white with the Gorenger colours on the wings, just like in the stripes for the suit. People think it's Big One due to him being the first ranger of the colour scheme.

My top 3 are the following in chronological order: 1) Samurai Sentai Shinkenger; when Takeru found out he was just a 影武者 all along for the real Shiba head and the devastation he felt and questioning his sense of self-worth is peaked acting 👌🏼 2) Lupinranger vs Patranger; cos I love Persona 5 so much naturally I gravitated to Lupinranger and I was rooting for them so hard. And the chemistry between both red rangers bordering on softcore BL is just 🤤 3) Ohsama Sentai Kingohger; the 1st (I think) Sentai to center around insects with the use of CGI is pretty unique for me. I fell off but it still remains my 3rd beloved series of the Sentai franchise.

In my opinion, the only thing that makes Kirameiger unique is the unmatched visuals. I haven't seen any show as visually stunning as Kirameiger. Beyond that it's a pretty normal season of Sentai to me, which is a good thing.

A little miffed you didn't list Kyuuranger, for the fact it was Alien-centric (Only one of the listed Rangers is a human from Earth), it followed a Zodiac theme for each of the Rangers, and it had the distinction of having the MOST rangers on its core team. Not to mention, it had 3 Robots, a Dragon-mentor, and one Ranger who's brother was part of the Villian's group as well. Kyuuranger was one of the more unique Sentai seasons to my thinking, and clearly one of the better ones not listed.

Something unique about these unique Sentai teams is that most of them consist of the red, blue, yellow, green, pink color palette which is pretty funny and my favorite set of colors to have for a season. Also I agree with someone else in that kyuranger should’ve been included. Also I think series like JAKQ or Battle fever J could’ve been mentioned. Otherwise great list

It's hard to believe that there won't be anymore adaptions from Super Sentai Series since the writers and producers have decided to move away from them and make plans to do a reboot version which I really don't know how it's going to work out. But I still wished they continued to more Super Sentai Series into the next Power Rangers Series like Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, Mashin Sentai Kiramager and Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger because I always wanted to see the version adapted into the next Power Rangers series storyline.

You also forgot to mention that Hironobu Kageyama performed the theme song for Jetman, as well as Dengeki Sentai Changeman and Hikari Sentai Maskman. Jetman was also somewhat influenced by Science Ninja Team Gatchaman as far as the outfits go and the bird theme. Jetman was the season that saved Super Sentai from being cancelled.

Your video was amazing, but you forgot to mention all the cameos and easter eggs in Gokaiger. That was a show full of great episodes and great cameos, like doggie kruger from Dekaranger, Ryo from Dairanger, Matsuri Tatsumi from GogoV, and Gai being so over excited by knowing each of their predecesors. And it also has the most amazing finale, leading each ranger to acknowledge the value of super sentai. Another honorable mention, at least for me, was Ohranger since there is no other sentai where the villain wins and enslaves the earth for a short period of time.

@@Acrimony_Toku Yes, I loved that season, I was always hoping for the next episode, since i watched it as it was airing. I have two sentais that I love a lot, Timeranger and GogoV. although I have between my top eleven Gokaiger, Dairanger, Kakuranger, Ohranger, Liveman, Huricaneger, Abarager, Megaranger and Dekaranger. I was watching Sun Vulcan but didn't finish it, neither Gingaman. I did finish Toqger, Gobusters, Lupin vs Pat, Gaoranger, Zyuranger, Shinkenger and Goseiger. Any sentai I haven't seen that you would recommend?

toqger was also unique as their 6th ranger was originally from the enemy faction who turned good and plot wise.... Spoilers below... the plot line is unique that they're actually kids who where given adult bodies to fight. The holes in the character's memories was a pretty good foreshadowing.

Fun fact: Ayumi Beppu (Magi Pink) auditioned for the role of Magi Red and if she got the role, she would be the first Red Ranger in SS history and not Runa Natsui (Shinken Red/True Shiba Clan Head). Shinkenger would be on my as i liked the Samurai theme and dark concept of the show, and as i stated above it has the first female Red Ranger (for 4 episodes at least).

as much as I love LuPat, I wish there would be a future series where they're "equal" since PatRen feels like just a secondary team with LuPat always coming out on top by getting the collection pieces before a Ganglar is defeated. plus the fact that all the cool things belong to LuPat, the Magnum and both VictoryStriker and SirenStriker. also, the tension between Blue and 3gou is there but Blue's missing someone was his lover while they keep forcing the romance with Yellow and 2gou which is kinda weird since Yellow is being treated as a minor. I haven't finished ToQger yet but the foot soldiers here feels like it belongs to LuPat as well, besides that gripe, I like their way of transforming since they're pushing out everyone not transforming out of harm. I do wish their mech was better.

Some are on Tubi for free, but I would say your best bet is either Tokuzilla or Toku.fun for the rest - However these sites have sketchy popups so please have a good antivirus. I used to use a site called "grown ups in spandex" however this site always seems to be down lately.

I feel like u kinda not give much love to toqger. It is unique not only with train theme. But all main team based on color changing, that's why all team member can swap color to use their power and weapon. Not to mention toq 1gou(red ranger) turn into black ranger cus he fight using darkness power the team just kid that appear as adult technically they just 10 years old sentai team. 6th ranger for this season is monster with suicidal thought. His catch phrase just "this is place where i die" most of time they fight. In the series they cant use sentai power for long in enemy territory so 6th ranger fight in monster form most of the time. Sorry bad English
