The advantage of bikes is not just their speed, in fact some bikes that are actually pretty slow (dirtbikes) are often the ones used in these video compilations. The main advantage of riding a bike is hypermobility - nothing comes even close, a bike can stop and go at a whim, and slip between cars just as easy, whereas a police cruiser like any other car needs to get around traffic.
