My overhead console light you reference at 4:40 doesn't work. I have a 2024 Ram 2500 with the Uconnect 5 system. In my previous Ram 1500, that light worked. Any idea why it's not working in this truck? It hasn't worked since I bought the truck new in September of this year.

How’s the rest of your ambient lighting, does the brightness change with the potentiometer dial? If it’s completely off it could be wrong trim or not installed, hard to say without actually seeing your overhead console. Since it’s a 2024 I would check another model with the same trim at the dealer to see if it has the lights. If it does take it in for warranty, I’ve seen trucks with options on the build list that weren’t actually put into the truck
