when they assigned you to one recruiter manager what is yr chance to be finally selected. because i heard some guys complaining that they aren't received any messages or emails since they submitted their application form... be assigned to a recruiter is it a good sign for you to be selected ... i wanna kwon if being assigned to a recruiter is a good sign for the candidate to be selected. because some have been assigned their career manager the same day they submitted their application form and others haven't received any messages or emails so far they applied.

A candidate support manager and recruiter are two different persons. What most people have now is a candidate support manager which everyone who has applied gets in first phases of the application process. Read carefully on your portal you'll see that you also have a candidate support manager, check below the portal page.

I don't agree with you when you say that an African soldier is more likely to die in combat than a Western soldier. In the past two decades the US army has lost more soldiers per capita than all African militaries combined.
