Rumple's sacrifice was quite a shocking moment but in the grand scheme of things, didn't do much honestly. The town still got destroyed, Emma and Henry had to leave, eventually Baelfire brought his father back as well. Henry and that kiss that broke the curse to allow everyone to remember was really a pivotal moment, probably the most pivotal moment in the show. I think Neal's death (in spite of the fact I didn't like Neal) and Rumple's sacrifice though would have been a nice honorable mention

Edyee Andino Valle Did you WATCH the video, Hook's sacrifice wasn't number one, it was Emma waking up Henry and no I don't think Rumple's sacrifice even compared to that pivotal moment when Emma broke the curse on the town with that kiss. We will disagree though on Hook's sacrifice, I was saddened and shocked by that scene that Emma once again lost someone she loved and she was the one who had to kill him. A lot of people paralleled it to when Buffy had to kill Angel

It’s underrated yes but it’s cursed 1 there is no ending and when you do get to the ending your heart broken 2 this show takes your time 3 at the ending of the sixth series I was heartbroken because it wasn’t a good ending end only left fail for the next one 4 there is no turning back you trie but you fail that means you can’t stop or watch again cuz it wont be the same 5 there are two many loopholes

The most underrated OUAT moment, by far, is Henry smiling at the clock moving for the first time, at the end of the pilot episode. He waits and waits and stares at that clock, his belief not moved for a second, and the music builds and builds, and then IT MOVES! Pure magic! Doesn't sound like much when written down, but watch the scene again! It's perfect!

The pilot episode(is the best): The end of that one when Emma decides to stay, Henry is in the window looking at the town's clock and it start to work, that moment is epic for me... Also there are some really powerful Regina moments, like when she died in season 4, she breaking the course in season 3, there are just too many The first episode in the underworld when Henry (Regina's dad) get his happy ending and the whole episode was absolutly heart moving one for me, i cried really hard... Also when Elsa save Emma without knowing she was going to die... When the Ice queen accidently kill her sister and she was tag as a monster, also when she sacrfied herself to save her family and the rest of the town... Here are too much Emma-Hoock moments, but thank you cuz i was expecting for this so much!!! It can be more parts tho!!!

Pan being Rumple’s father was the BIGGEST surprise I got from the entire show. I was SHOCKED. It made sense but I was still shocked. It’s like in the top three saddest OUAT moments to me. It’s so sad!! I was crying so much. I felt bad for both of them. Neither one was very happy, both were forever changed and wounded because of it and it was so cool/sad that we finally got to see Rumple’s father who’d been foreshadowed the whole show and see why Rumple became who he was. I was also shocked that Neal was also Bae.

You lost me at your statement of only watching it for Lana because someone who truly liked captain swan wouldn't make that kind of statement. You certainly don't speak for the majority of Oncers as many many like Hook and Emma, or they wouldn't be "promoted" as you kindly pointed out they are. As for losing viewers, I hear this ALL the time, you do understand it's a natural thing for shows over seasons to lose some of their audience (hell it's happening to a even more popular show, The Walking Dead, it's slowly been declining since the 4th season but it still holds pretty steady rating. Nailed it Mojo! I'm a massive fangirl of OUaT, obsessively fangirling to a near pathological degree. So I already knew what #1 legit HAD to be but this list was great regardless. I admittedly got a bit concerned when I didn't see Belle and Rumple's Dance by spot #2 because the show creators made serious TV gold with that scene, Rumple's snapping their clothes and the song being Tale As Old As Time... I mean come on! But you guys knocked it out of the park with an honorable mention so I am very pleased. Great work folks!

My most heartbreaking moments: Belle banishing Rumple, little boy Rumple being abandoned by his father (a few times), when Rumple lashes out at Belle and attacks her instead of letting true love turn him human again, Right after Charming leaves for the wardrobe with baby Emma they show Snow left alone having just given up her baby and that devastating cry of hers...also when Zelena steals their baby from the hospital, Snows reaction to having her baby stolen out of her arms is just freaking soul shattering. Those two scenes are very alike and get me more than anything else. Ginnifer Goodwin is such an incredible actress because in those moments you feel she is legit a mother who just had her newborn baby ripped away from her and there is NOTHING worse or more heartbreaking than that. My favorite heartwarming moments are of course the curse being broken. The kiss saving Henry, Snow and Charming recognizing each other after all of season one, Emma and Snow realizing their mother and daughter. Just perfect. An odd one of mine is when Belle leaves Rumples castle to go into town and they show him looking out the window and his face and demeanor when he sees that she actually came back. It's like a 5 second thing but his look and demeanor just tug on my heartstrings like crazy.

You missed one VERY important moment on OUAT: When Regina apologized to her father in the Underworld for killing him to enact the Dark Curse! Plus a couple more that probably deserves more to be on the list or, at the very least, in the honorable mention: Robin's death Rumple's sacrifice in 3A Regina down the mines in "And Straight On 'Til Morning" ("Everyone looks at me as the Evil Queen, including my son. Let me die as Regina.") When Regina defeated Zelena using light magic in 3B Neal's death Rumbelle wedding (that wedding vow was REALLY nice) Snow Queen's sacrifice Emma and Henry walking in on Snow and Charming making tacos
