Thanks both Action Scripter and Damian Plisko 🙂 There are very less people who actually share relevant information.

It's absolutely rediculous what you can do with these photos. You literally take bad phone snapshots to high end production just by editing. Incredible man. Keep em comming

Will assume its sarcasm. The photos are well composed and carefully exposed
@katerclickbait8874 жыл бұрын
@@uvaiskomath Look at 2:32 and tell me it's well composed bro lol. But yes of corse the comment was exaggerated to make the point clear that his editing is absolutely stunning. I've been working in graphic design for 8+ years and have contact with retouchers regularly / also retouch myself. SO I'm aware he doenst work with bad phone shots but raw camera data. They before and after resuls just make the original photo look like absolite crap and the after like professional brand material you know.

To dodge and burn you can create a separate layer, fill it with 50% gray and set to overlay mode. Apply dodge and burning tool as you always do. I find technique to have most of the control.

Nice video. Just an FYI regarding the Lasso tool vs the Pen tool. Either works but you can make adjustments to your selection very easily with the Lasso tool by using the Quick Mask mode. I generally use it for a quick selection with less detail.

Hi Damian, that’s a very valuable content, I’m very happy to watch your videos. I have modified a car picture in a few hours, pausing the video, going backward and trying to figure out where the F*** were the features on the French version of photoshop :) I really thank you for sharing your professional knowledge. I really got surprised when seeing your original shot of the Audi SUV and the result (cf : blur section). It’s a great post prod that you are performing. Congratulations, your help is precious

When shooting cars do you use a polariser and would you recommend using them for car shots / photography ? I find them an incredible tool to remove unwanted reflections and cut down on post production.
@DamianPlisko4 жыл бұрын
i do use it sparingly, sometimes it takes out too much reflection in the paint job, i like to rotate it and get multiple exposures and then stitch in photoshop

Dont you use 50% grey layer for Dodge & Burn? That way you can always paint grey to go back if needed...

that is definitely one way to go about it for sure. I also sometimes just duplicate the layer and draw on top of that

The one thing i cant get is how do some people get that satin finish on the car, so not metallic finish as shot but is more downtuned and satin instead.
