I'm a full time automotive photographer now and I have to say, it's probably the most fun I've ever had behind the camera. Another Genre of photography that I really enjoyed but don't do anymore is sports photography, especially Soccer or Futbol. It was always a blast capturing the emotion of the game. Great images, Chris.

Waaay better. I tend to nod off on most talking head videos or stop them half way through because they can drag, this felt like the time just skipped by. Love it. I shoot cars racing at motorsport events and haven’t yet done a static shoot, so this was 👍

Great tips! I just picked up a AMG myself. Next time hold down the left paddle when you hit the engine start. It activates "emotion start" and sounds wayyy cooler

This was just fantastic. I'm just so glad to see I'm not the only one that gets kicked out by security pretty much everywhere I go. I can be shooting an image of a butterfly on a tree in a forest and security will freakin' stop by saying "Sir...is that a professional tripod and camera you are shooting on? Buuuu Byeeeeee....". Luckily Vancouver seems to be waaaaaay more understanding than the States...Thanks for all the great tips Chris!!

Cars are quickly becoming one of my favorite things to shoot. Had a rental 2020 lime green Mustang GT for a weekend a few weeks ago. I still have about a dozen shots to edit from that weekend. Also really like the new format 👍🏻

Thank you for this presentation. I am getting my own feet wet starting to shot anything related to transportation. Currently I am doing still shots and working on developing my ability to create video's for a couple of local car clubs. I do have a challange for the two of you. Currently the clubs meet in a local parking lot. So the cars are parked like you would see at a local lot. The challange is park two or three cars together and show how to best present them.

This is really cool to see someone get into cars from a non enthusiast prospective. If this was another video about the AMG they would be talking about the specs, the shots would probably highlight a bit more of the performance prospective and worry a lot less about the scenery around the car. I’m just interested in taking a few pictures of my own car but this has really opened up my mind. I appreciate this

I have only been doing photography for a short while (1 year), I always liked landscape and street images. But lately I have been exploring other avenues, been doing still life photography (which I love), tried product photography (again something I love and never thought I would) and yesterday I tried car photography which was hella fun.
