As a Chinese, I recommend a top 1 to top, absolutely the best Chinese Dish called “Kai shui bai cai 开水白菜” means “boiled water cabbage", it looks like just cabbage boiled by water, very clear even not looks like a soup. But when you taste it and know how to make it. You will understand everything about Chinese cooking art.

P Y it didn’t say “most popular in China”. You might not know, but Chinese cuisine is extremely popular outside of China, even though many of these dishes originate from certain provinces, so much of China isn’t included in this. But the title “top 10 popular Chinese food” refers to Chinese food that the foreigners know and love, and does not in anyway imply that its popular in China as well. On the other hand, if it said “top 10 popular dishes in China”, that’d be a problem.
