Blue axolotl might be rare but the rarest mob is baby villager zombie with full enchanted diamond armour and enchanted iron sword it its left hand and riding a chicken and spawning in the modified jungle's edge biome

Actually, the strider stack are the rarest mobs in minecraft. One of them. The blue axolotl is only 1/1200, but the strider stack is /way/ rarer than that.

Fun Fact: You can get a natural pink sheep without having to find it! You can dye one sheep pink and leave the other white, (Or dye both pink) breed the two, and you’ll probably get a pink sheep. And technically, it’s natural because you didn’t dye it!

Four these mobs are only "rare" because they require commands and technically the Striders is just a bunch of mobs stacked on top of each other. And if you're going to mention Brown Mooshroom you might as well also mention Brown Panda. also you forgot about the blue axolotl.

I've seen a strider stack 3 times in my world, guess I'm really lucky? Yes, one of them was a three stack, the other two were only a two stack but they were both adults. I didn't realize how rare they were.

More than 3 striders is not possible anymore, it was possible to get the infinite stack only during 1.16 snapshot so yeah thats why you only got 3

As I think they are technically seperate mobs, you could have also included the skeleton horse trap which looks like a normal skeleton horse. However, when approached, lighting will strike it and a bunch of skeleton horse jockeys will spawn.

The Skeleton Horse actually only spawns when a lighting strikes and a Skeleton Horse spawns with some other normal and armored gear. Basically a horde

More than half of these were spawn in only. If its not naturally occuring within a survival world then its not rare its just not implemented. And changing the size of a mob doesnt make it different. It makes it modded

Blue axolotls are insanely rare , they're rarer than a pink sheep and a baby pink sheep , they have a 0.0083% chance of naturally spawnning , 1/1200 of them are blue...
