Kairi from Lupinranger definitely deserves to be in the top 5, his story arc of not being able to live up to his brother, trying to be someone he's not, only to come to learn that he has to be the bad guy so that everyone can win in the end is always amazing to see. His arc of learning to trust his thieves is great.

Keiichiro can be too, he was literally poisoned and hospitalized, yet he came to fight the ganglers. He was very determined, reckless. His story wasn't good. Yet, his character is a chef's kiss

I decided to subscribe because you talked about 3 of my favorite rangers, Marvelous, Ban and Ryo, you missed Naoto or Tatsuya from timeranger. And yes Marvelous is the best, He looks like he doesn't care at all, but he does care about everything, he manages to help others while making it like he doesn't care at all and that it was just an accident that he helped them.

All Red Rangers were the head strong, mentally together and Emotionally mature. And that was 1975-1995. After that they are immature, uncertain, no confidence, unhinged and Autistic(KirameiRed). @@digipeeper oh, red Falcon is great. I like it. But not all new red rangers are immature, take a look at captain marvelous, he is great, not childish, he looks like he doesn't care, but he really does. Of course there were less goofy red rangers in the past, but hey, that doesn't mean they are bad right? They unite their teams in a different way. But yes, you are right they were strong in the past, like ohred, red falcon or even gored/Matoi from go go five.
