It's an 1 out of 10 lifecycle experience. I have seen Amiibo doing nothing at 50, others going batshit insane even earlier. I have deleted them everytime they show signs of stupidness and stopped training those who just never get a proper baseline to fight. What am I supposed to do with a Lv 50 Yoshi spamming Up+B - just delete it. Right now, I have 3 Amiibo going insane: Bowser, Lucina, Mii-Swordfighter. The latter one was bought 2 days ago and just dominates white not being 50 at all. So much for "Mii-Fighters" being low tier.

I used to have smash 64 but my little brother borrowed it to his friend, along with all of my other 64 games. The friend and his family actually enjoyed the video games so I didn't bother getting them back. Long story short, the friend moved away with his mom but the mom's boyfriend stayed so my friends and I went to his house to get them back. He gave them to us in a bag and we left. We looked through the bag and noticed smash was gone. We didn't want to bother him so we just played James Bond, which was decent but it got boring after awhile. Unfortunately, he moved away several months later and now I have no idea where it's at. Oh well, it'll just remain a childhood memory.

They are actually sucks... Plugins in some N64 emulators are very bad and most of the graphics are doesn't exist. But android emulators are looking better than PCs for me... that is just sounds so weird, but it is a thing. Even touchscreen is better than keyboard since you can walk slowly, very slowly or walk normal. There is also an octogonal setting, which sets the way analog pad will work. By that i mean you can constrain analog motion to an octagon, like a real N64 controller or make it free completely. Graphics on android are better. Enemies are flashing, and graphics are great too.

Brawl cpu's are the worst, absolutely give you no fighting chance, especially in a free for all with 3 CPUs; they literally prefer to discriminate humans and bust out combos on you than attack the closest person

SSBB's IA is programmed to attack the player first. When you hide during a free for all (impossible to reach platform on a custom stage) they litterally don't know what to do, they move around a bit but they pass through each other and barely try to hit other CPUs

I've heard stories that you can train them on 300% and they will dodge EVERY SINGLE HIT, knowingly that one hit will kill them. I did so with my Rosalina amiibo and now I can't kill her, not even hit her, she just dominates me... which I have no problem with, to be honest. THOUGH that was one of his koopalings, guess he just gotta make them know why he's the final boss.

Well… the AI pre-Brawl was awful. Then, it received a superhuman buff in reaction times… but it was stil stupid. In Project M, they made it able to do combos on par with competitive players (seriously, there's a video on a Level-3 Falco multishining and doing those kind of tech skill tricks) so they're insanely good… wich makes them look even more stupid when they end selfdestructing. And then in Smash 4… as if the AI wasn't touched up from Brawl… guys, the AI was buffed further in version 1.0.6. I can't defeat my amiibos anymore when not playing my mains.

THE-TERMANATOR-2 That was just a joke, actually. Directional Influence is a very tricky thing, something that needs practice. Basically, whenever you are hit by an attack, the game decides which direction it should send you flying based on a number of factors like weight and fall speed. You can influence the angle that you're sent by holding a direction on the control stick as you're getting hit (but not after - you must already be holding the direction). If you know what angle the attack would normally knock you away at, and you are holding the control stick *perpendicular* to that angle, you can change the angle by around 17 degrees in either direction. Holding the control stick parallel to the knockback will actually have no effect on how far away you're sent. DI often falls into two categories: Survival and escape. - Survival DI is used to keep yourself from dying. Let's say you're being hit by an attack that sends you straight up, off the top of the stage. You can hold the control stick left or right to try to adjust the angle of the knockback; it'll still be just as strong, but if you can tilt it, you might survive. As a rule of thumb, the top corners are generally the farthest points on any stage. If possible, aim for those if you're going to die. - Escape DI is when you are trying to DI farther away from your opponent to prevent them from getting a follow up, or to mix them up. There's a website called Smash Boards. They have plenty of great resources for players to learn any of the Smash games, including DI. You'll probably get a better explanation from a sticky topic there than this KZbin comment.

Directional Influence (DI) - By pressing a direction on the control stick, you can influence the direction your character gets launched/knocked back. Example: Say you get hit by a forward smash. You can hold up to get launched a little higher, or down to get launched a little lower. DI can reduce your horizontal launch distance whilst increasing verticle launch distance, and vice versa. Smash Directional Influence (SDI) - While in hitstun, you can press a directional button to nudge your character in the direction. Example: Say you're getting hit by G&W's jab, like in the part of the video I linked in the original comment. If you press right, you can nudge your character to the right to escape the jab. However, you can't just hold right, you have to mash in the direction to move a lot more.

The Meta Knight was just SAD Noob, or Young player They should still sit through the barely minute long tutorial :P Its surprising just how bad, and good people can be at 'fighters' Some can just grab the controller, and within the hour they can go fair pretty good Than others can play for a LONG time, and they just cant 'get gud' xD

I guess this is a good video to bring this up. Am I the only one that has noticed a big increase of difficulty with level in CPUs in smash 4, since the recent update. I used to beat them no problem and now I actually have a bit of trouble fighting them from time to time, due to their inhuman reactions and more advanced techniques.

Yeah, if you download project M then boot it up on your Wii, all your characters are unlocked, great for last second party game

TheFlyingCule Yes, Project M has a code that makes all characters playable, however, if the brawl save doesn't have them "Unlocked" you will still fight them when the requirements are met

If this were the first Bowser version, Bowser would've gotten hit by mecha koopa first. But now that Bowser's body box is under the opponent (because of side b abuse nerfs), it only makes sense that Larry got hit first then straight into back air. Good stuff Sakurai, I'm impressed.
