Note that Medpods can regrow missing parts, but do not remove cybernetics and do not cure Luciferium. And while getting the core component needed can be tricky unless you are lucky, this mod is brokenly-powerful once you have it.

Maybe for a change something about mods that don't make the game easier? But I'm not sure there would be enough for even TOP3. Even Combat Extended makes it easier. Bullets cost nothing, almost no enemies get shot to death, so after a raid you have a lot to choose from to take as prisoners, same for your pawns - almost no chance of dropping dead. I don't think I use a single mod that increases difficulty.

It gives and it takes. Since it makes wounds more lethal its a double edged sword for newer players

@@Noobert "More lethal"?, i preffer to call this, "make pawns into actually human beings and not terminators that can take 20 shots to the face" Also the best is it removes that garbage machanic called "Random Death on Down" this literally make no diffrence if you are using blunt or sharp weapon because if person dies or not is 100% in the hands of RNG Rn I literally can't play Rimworld without CE But yeah for new players it can be too hard, considering that literally single shot can make someone bleed out in less that an hour, or just straight kill because you destroyed brain or heart

Noobert does seem to have a pretty warped definition of "Quality of life mod". Also this is probably obvious to everyone, but just to spell it out: hardware power has no effect on the amount of redtexts you get on loading screen. To get rid of them you need to resolve mod conflicts or root out broken mods. (also good news - it is usually possible to tinker the conflicting mods to work together by editing patch-files and defs. A method to resolve coding issues in dll-s also exist but that requires more programmer expertise)
