My goodness. It's been SO LONG since I've been to Six Flags. My first thought was, "Wait. Does Six Flags St. Louis even HAVE 10 coasters??" and next a question... Is The Boss still super rough? The first time I rode it, when it first opened, I loved it. The last time I went (probably over 10 years ago) it was so rough that I'm pretty sure I felt my brain hit the back of my skull... I've figured that it's only gotten even rougher since, so I'll probably never ride it again, even though I love most coasters. Won't ride Ninja for the same reason, though.

boss is most definitely super rough, but it’s a lot of fun too! after awhile i’ve figured out how to ride it a little more comfortably though so i do perhaps have an advantage

I think GCI Boss is better than RMC Boss. RMC Boss would be great, but it is hard to stand out compared to all the other RMCs, and it will likely be overshadowed by a different RMC in the future. Rides like Ghost Rider and other GCI reworks though have this sort of classic essence that will be talked about a lot more.

there’s certainly a lot of truth there, and i’d be thrilled with gci boss as well! if they made it as good as ghostrider, we’d have something really awesome on our hands. however i don’t necessarily agree with the idea that rmc boss would quickly get overshadowed. it’s likely that it wouldn’t even begin as the best coaster around, but i don’t think that would really be the goal. i think the focus would be less on making the world’s best and more on making a stand-out for the park, however that looks. with that intention in mind, six flags st. louis would have to build something better to overshadow it, since it would be compared only to other rides in the park.

SFSTL is my home park, and honestly I love it because it is a small, cute, and charming park. I really hope the park can grow and actually be appreciated. I hope we can get a new thrill coaster in like 2026-2027. anyways, if you see someone wearing a jet scream, iron wolf, vortex, or lighting loops shirt. that is me :) and yes, I agree that boomerang should be scrapped and sent to the incinerator

If we get a real standout coaster and the park is generally spruced up it could honestly be really nice! I’m not there nearly as much as I used to be given my boredom with it (and being at college), but if I see you around I’ll say hi :)
