Heat reflective paint maine khud kiya hai + Waterproofing expert se karvaayi hai aur chhat ki pressure se safaai bhi karvaayi hai may 2024 mein 1400 sqft ki chhat p 15000 ka asian paint damp proof extreme lagaa aur waterproofing cost aayi 5000(chhat ki 2 times pressure washer + chemical se safaai included). Total cost 20000 for 1500sqft Yaani 13-14 per sqft only

Plaster of Paris + D18 Chemical, apply thick coats, A bag of 50kg Plaster costs PKR 500, for this size of roof you'll probably need only 5 bags to cover up the whole area, finally apply the D-18 liquid chemical coating that protects the plaster coating from rain and draining out and costs about 180 rs per pack and you need to get 8 of these. You can also mix it with the bucket of plaster it works fine. It drops 10 to 15 degrees celsius temperature for just fraction of cost that expensive chemicals take. Another best method is Jumbolon sheets of atleast 1.5 inches of thickness it will work as insulator for more than 50 years.

@@Civil_Guruji i have used it and temperature difference is 5-7 degrees . I mixed it is this proportion 4kg pop , 1kg white cement and 250gm of acrylic . Mixed it thin and spread it over the roof with a floor viper . Its water resistant and we walk over it , put chairs and charpai over it , It rained heavily quite a few times but it didnt come off.
