Amazing stuff. Almost feel like there should be two “best save” lists. One for reacting to a hopeless situation. Second list is for “recovery” saves- where the goalie gets caught out of position but manages to get back for the save. So much fun- the collective loss of breath throughout a stadium when a goalie makes a great save.

Fleury and Quick were amazing ! In the top saves with the Hasek and Roy ones. Fleury did a few amazing saves in his career actually.

Its only 10 plays and 2 were by the same goalie. Being good doesnt mean you have one of the top 10 saves of the year. Hellybuck is the best goalie in the league was on here ... neither Keumper, Bishop, Vaslievsky ....
