I'm surprised that World 4-4 from Mario 3D Land wasn't mentioned because of the ghost girl at the end of the level and it appears behind the fence and it will appear and disappear. The spooky music from Super Mario 64 is one of the creepiest soundtracks I've ever heard. Rule the World from TheFatRat & AleXa (Korean: 알렉사) and Legends never die from League of Legends (Remix with Alan Walker as well as Original only with Chrissy) for example are two of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. You should also listen to this songs. They are so beautiful !

Strangely enough, the haunted mansion levels in Mario games aren't the scariest to me, at most I might be startled by an unexpected twist or something similar for a few moments and then I'll shrug it off quickly. So what does startle me? I've nicknamed them chaser levels, basically any level where you're being chased by something, whether it be rising lava, poison gas clouds, or something else. For whatever reason I can't handle being chased by something, no matter what thing it is, whenever I come across a level with that kind of thing, I'll chicken out and ask a friend for help on it, and I can't even seem to handle watching someone else play them. And if I'm caught off guard by one, I'll quite literally panic in reaction to it. (Little jab at myself with this, funniest reaction has to be when I went into Super Mario 3D World's 6-7, Fuzzy Time Mine, blind and not knowing what to expect. Went in thinking it'd just be a normal auto scroller, only to be absolutely terrified to realize I was being chased by a cloud made up of a bunch of black puffballs lol)

Oh this should be fun! I am looking forward to this!!! I am curious is any 'non-haunted houses' made this list. 10. Never played this game (GB was too small and it hurt my eyes to play too long), but I can see why this would make the list. That guy with the knife in its head was unnerving. 9. WOW that is so cool! The Artist in me approves of this Post-Impressionist style! And hey a 'non-haunted house' level, nice. 8. I LOVE this track! If I am being honest, this is still my fav Haunted MK track. 7. It was confusing fun though! I use to hate the Boo Haunted places *Looking at SMW from SNES* But these were cool. Not my fav though. 6. Outside the final boss, this level had my fav boss! So much fun to beat the heck out of him hehe. I did get confused by this level at first too, but it is memorable. 5. I really didn't like this level due to the moving platforms, especially the Yoshi segment. 4. Ohhh yeah mazes can be annoying. 3. Holy cow, yeah I would be scared!!!! 2. I just saw a let's play of this game and yeah that world was freaky deeky. Okay I think I know what #1 is lol. 1. CALLED IT! I remember when I first played this game and I initially entered this level. Oh I was a teen when I played this game. That music DID freak me out and I'll be honest, after my Super Mario World experience, I was NOT looking forward to this world. Boy could I not be more wrong. This was not only my fav Haunted Mario Level, NOT ONLY my fav Mario 64 level, BUT it's still to this day my fav Mario level of all time. I LOVE IT that much! I've played almost EVERY major Mario game, including Odyssey, but this one is my fav and it's one of the biggest reasons why M64 is my fav Mario game. I can't tell you how happy I was to see that Boos could be defeated lol.
