10 OBSCURE Mario Enemies

I like the feeling of when you spot an obscure enemy and you know what it is called. I was an avid collector of the Mario Knex, and I got one set that had a draglet, and it was before I played 3D land for the first time.

I just remembered that in Galaxy 2, there is a black piranha plant that is covered in spikes. There is only 1 of it in the intire game appears in the 2nd level of 1st galaxy of the game. It is also a manditory enemy that you have defeat by by spinning a green baloon thingy into it and once it's defeated it drops a key that - when looted - unlocks the glass case where the star was hiding in.

I'd say there are more obscure enemies than these. Some example of enemies that aren't in this video: -The bouncing blade from Super Mario Advance, found only in a single room in World 5-2 -Pat the Bat from Hotel Mario -Most enemies from Mario Clash and Donkey Kong 98

That bouncing blade is really weird though, it doesn't look like an enemy, the only time it appears is in a sub area and it never reappeared.

Yo I actually recognized the name "Blurker" and what enemy it was. Why? My brother and I were google searching various Mario enemies using incredibly reductive terms, which was pretty funny at the time. And this one came to my mind, so I searched "mario purple cloud" and learned its name. So in short, I learned the name of this enemy because of a joke.
