Oh, Timmy’s parents weren’t meant to be parents. It took some time, but I once wrote a story about Timmy’s parents and Vicky being taken to court for abuse and neglect, but here’s the kicker: I tried to write it in the perspective of an older Timmy who didn’t have clear memories (if any) of Cosmo and Wanda, so I had to try and write it like bits of his memory were fuzzy and he remembered Cosmo and Wanda not as fairies, but as friends who knew the most about the abuse and the neglect because they were that close
