@Samuel Warner no, it's not PTSD. Ghosts are very real & most children can interact or see them bcuz they don't have an adult's mind yet. As we grow older we are told what to believe through society, environment and we are told that certain things are an impossibility. I saw my Papa Joe when I was 5. He died when I was 3. I heard someone calling my name, Nicky, Nicky & it was nighttime, I was in bed, so I called out Mom, Pop but they were sleeping, so I was compelled to look out the window and there underneath the street lamp across the street was a man wearing a 3 piece suit and a fedora. Reminds me of this dream I used to have when I was young and I still remember it vividly. It was in Ireland in the 1800s. The guy (a father or two young children) stole a potato to feed his starving children. It was dull and misty as he ran up the grassy hill towards the house, running faster and faster as he tried to escape the policemen. Eventually this guy was tackled and stabbed in the tail bone and passed away. Crazy thing is, I have a birthmark on my tail bone and I'm Irish. It's only when I got older than I put it together. Still kinda creeps me out.

Regarding “time bending”... When I was a teenager, my best friend and I where making a drive from Wasilla to Anchorage Alaska, normally this drive takes about an hour. We had to be somewhere by 10am and we found we were running late and left the house at 9:50am, and we where annoyed that we were definitely going to be late. We had an uneventful drive, we where not speeding -in fact there was traffic and we wouldn’t have been able to go the speed limit because of the slow traffic flow. We where annoyed but figured we would just apologize for being late when we got there... And SOMEHOW we where both completely startled and weirded out that we got there A FEW MINUTES EARLY! We where totally freaked out that somehow we did an hour drive, with extra slow traffic, in less than 6 minutes! It wasn’t a malfunctioning clock either, it was just some very strange bend in the time stream or something. Our friends, who we where going to see teased us about being witches after that.

Well 30 seconds later my best friend came running to me freaked the eff out saying that her and her son were the only ppl in the room she was in and she was hearing someone saying “Britt.. Britt...” and finally almost shouting “BRITTANY!!” She was terrified bc she swears that she heard my mom saying my name and that’s exactly what I heard in a different room about 50 feet away from where my best friend was. The only thing that helped me thru losing my mom was her calling out to me and just to make sure that I knew that truly happened she said my name to my best friend. One scary thing that happened to me happened a couple years ago. My dad, my older sister, and me were driving home late one day, and were listening to the radio. As we were talking, the radio fizzed out, like when another signal is interupting to another channel. But it shouldnt of, as we were pulling into our driveway, and where are house was, was where only one radio show played on that channel. then it just went quiet with a small buzzing sound. We laughed at how ironic it was cuz we were coincidentally talking about conspiracy theories. As i said "Its probably the government listening to us-" a strangely clear voice just said 'yes' after i said that. We paused for a moment, before the song that was cut off continued from exactly where it left off. We laughed it off again, but me, my sister and my dad all remember it and are still creeped out.

I once woke up at 1 am, I went to the bathroom and when I was peeing, I heard some kind of radio playing in the bathroom itself, I did not recognise the language of the music nor the voice of the person. It was some kind of language from another world... I've never heard before. It was really creepy and I got chills. I ran to my room and told my father the next day, he didn't have much sleep that night but he didn't hear any song or radio.

I had a patient who was middle aged undergoing a general anesthesia surgery, and she had an adult daughter (who was there for support) in the waiting room. Everything was normal as for the beginning of her surgery, anesthesia, etc. But in the recovery room when the patient began to speak she only spoke in fluent Spanish!! She had never taken a Spanish course nor had she had any Spanish speaking acquaintance, and she was an American English speaking woman!! The woman could understand English, but she could only respond in Spanish!! It was something to all of us in charge of her care, and we had to get an interpreter for her to speak to her daughter in the recovery room. This lasted about 3 days. The lady was still in the hospital and she complained of pain and the nurse gave her a prescribed narcotic and the patient settled down to nap. When the patient woke up from her nap on the 3rd day she was speaking English again!! Everyone was shocked and she was not able to speak Spanish anymore at all!! She described her experience as being "frustrating" and she "was confused about why no one could understand her for 3 days"!! I'm an RN and I have seen a lot, but I will never forget that incident!!

A child picking certain answers will determine the results. It's a sort of litmus test for "special" children. Many people, myself included, remember taking this particular exam, but it's unknown by the masses what the purpose of the test is. Then I sat down and read something as I ate my cereal. Everything was clear as a bell. I went for the next few hours thinking nothing was weird until I realized I wasn’t wearing my glasses. I have a pretty strong prescription and NEED them just to function. As SOON as I noticed that I wasn’t wearing them, everything went fuzzy.

The time stands still is a common issue with clocks and watches that have dirt on the contacts, or in a quarts movement and the battery is going dead. As the hands move against gravity..so on their way up moving to the top of the hour...it can use more energy that isn't available if there is a contact issue or low battery. My grandfather had a school of horology in the 40s and 50s. Also i work on watches and clocks at my job.

I have had many cats and they’re very in tune with their owners emotions and physical pain. They’ve always been extra affectionate and won’t leave my side if I am dealing with a lot of emotional, mental or physical pain.

Omg a ghost used to read to me too. I used to love to pretend to read , and I just got 3 new golden books. A few days after getting the books, I was in my brothers room, fake reading while my mom practice for her show. One day I was fake reading and a lady came in the room and ask me what I was reading ,so I gave her the book and she began to read. My mom ask who was I talking to ? I said the lady mommy, she said who, I repeated it the second day, the lady came again and read me another book , my mom heard it again ,she asked who you talking to I said the lady mommy, your friend right there ! and as I'm saying this, my mom is in the bedroom doorway, and the lady walked right by my mom shoulder to shoulder and she still couldn't see her, mind you, this all happen in the daytime. The 3rd day it happen again , this time my mom asks what we talk about and I told her she read me stories and my mom asked whay was the books about and once I told her it freaked her out because,, no one had read me the books yet, and I couldn't read on my own I was only 2yrs old the lady was beautiful with dark glowing beautiful skin, long straight black hair with a part in the middle with 17 or 1800 clothing and a ball and chain. I didn't understand that she was a ghost, I thought she was real. However ,what's real is that, she taught me how to read and I helped my elementary classmates how to read. thank you Ancestor

When my older brother was a toddler he used to get visited in his dreams by "Uncle Oris". We, of course, do not have an uncle named Oris and he said he would come and take him to a room with fire. One day my brother woke up with a mysterious teddy bear that my mom swears she had never seen before. He said uncle Oris gave it to him. My mom was so freaked out she told my brother to tell Oris that Jesus said to leave him alone. I guess it worked cause my brother said he never saw him again after that.

I once had a near death experience when I was either in Middle School or was about to start. I went to the pool in my neighborhood with my mom and little sister. My sister was in the shallow area of the pool and my mom was tanning on a chair that surrounds the pool. I decided to head to the deep end by putting my hands on the edge of the pool and putting my feet on the inside wall of the pool to inch my way towards it. When I got to the deep end I let go of the wall with my feet first and then I released my hands. When I let go of the wall with my hands I felt this weight on my right ankle but there was no one in the water with me and we were alone at the pool. I was immediately pulled down. I tried to kick the weight off me to no avail. I blacked out for a few seconds and then a bright light filled my vision. I thought I had died until my head broke through the water and I was by the edge of the pool. After I caught my breath,bc I had been holding it for a while, I felt the remnants of what felt like big hands around my waist. I'm not sure who or what saved me but I'm very grateful to not have died. Neither my mom or sister had noticed me gone and were acting like they had been before I had gone to the deep end.

I had a lot of strange things happen throughout my life, like haunting type stuff. Happened at random times usually small things. Usually. I'm not going to list everything because it's too much to type out and I don't think people ever believe me anyway. But one thing I was reminded of here. When I was maybe around 14 I think, my younger brother and sister shared a room upstairs at the time. This one day I was about to go up there for some reason, probably for the bathroom up there, but as soon as my foot touched the first step to go up, I heard a noise. It was this stuffed animal musical bear, the kind you need to push down hard on a button inside it to make it go off. Well I went up and looked in their room, it was clean, except for that stuffed bear was just laying on the floor in the middle of the room. Still creeps me out a little thinking about it. Wondering what exactly went on there, it was not the kind of thing that would go off unless a bit of force was used to activate it, and it being the only thing out, right there in the middle of floor.

@@sleepychameleon6871 creepy yeah. But I've had a few things that really scared the crap out of me. A more recent thing that happened. I kept getting this strong feeling that someone was in the room at night, until I decided that I should try to ignore it, as much as possible. So this night came I got the feeling, I told myself it's my imagination it's not real push it out of my mind, but as hard as I tried to ignore it, it only got stronger until it felt like as though it was right over me. And right at that moment I heard tapping under my bed, on the wooden bed frame. Sounded just like fingers tapping. I froze up from the fear not knowing what to even do. Because it seemed like whatever it was knew that I was trying to ignore it and it wanted to make sure I knew that this is real. And home in bed is supposed to be like... safe and relaxing. After a moment of holding perfectly still nearly holding my breath. I jumped up and turned all the the lights on the TV and went to the other rooms and turned the lights on. Took me a while to get to sleep and actually, I still sleep with a light on, I'm always wondering if it'll return at some point
