Honestly speaking Sulphates are important for hairs but it depends what sulphate is required for you and very few ppl require sulphates free shampoo. Shampoo you need to avoid that contains Sodium Lauryl Sulphate bcz this is cheapest form of sulphate and damages your hair, instead go for Sodium Laureth Sulphate which actually helps to take care of your hairs.
