I would suggest focusing on the diet+ take less stress+ take amla juice daily empty stomach in the morning and baidyanath mahabringrajaswa after dinner..(watch fit tuber's video of how to avoid hair greying) amla and bhringraj are the two most important factors in controlling the premature hair greying.. Before watching the video I'm just leaving this comment in November 2023 i got a haircut which ruined my look it made me look like dora the explorer .. at that time i watcged fit tubers video where he recommended Reetha as shampoo . Henna is applied to give the hair a darkish brown colour, if you want to blacken your hairs you need to apply indigo powder in a ratio of 3:1 3 spoons of Indigo with 1 spoon of henna. Hope it helps

You're using chemical and bad quality henna, that's why your hair is becoming orange. I use natural henna leaves and grind them. Mix it with oil, rosemary water and boiled cloves in a cast iron kadhai overnight. It works very well and gives brownish tint

Everyone who is scared of sulphate let me tell you something Sulfate wont cause any damage to your hair follicle because it stays on your hair for less than 5 minutes if you wash properly, also it is recommended for the people who have oily scalp, who travels in pollution a lot ( like myself in mumbai locals), who's scalp sweats a lot and this all can built dirt on your scalp which eventually leads to seborrheic dermatitis or any other scalp condition How to use it : 1. Use Maximum 1-2 times a week ( rest of the day you can use mild shampoo ) 2. Not recommended for the people who has thin hair follicle ( unless you have oily scalp which sweats a lot) 3. Ingredients like amla retha shikakai bhringraj Brahmi are the real deal and actually work. But we often end up buying chemical shampoos influenced by ads, or maybe we just don't have the right knowledge. I’ve seen comments saying that powder shampoos cause hair fall and dryness. Come on, when you’ve been washing your hair with chemicals for years, it’s going to take time to fix it. Have some patience. These powder shampoos can also be used as hair packs. For dryness, mix in a little curd, it works wonders. From my personal experience, these are very effective. Don’t use them harshly, powder shampoos take time. Apply as a mask, rinse after 15-20 minutes, and you’ll see a difference. Fit Tuber really understands this, and this guy creates genuinely good content. Herbal products never have side effects. Ask any BAMS doctor, not just an MBBS, and you'll know the real difference between chemicals and herbals. Hey everyoneeeee, juat writing this here to help everyone make better choices. When the clean beauty trend came, i was immediately sucked into it and did my research too properly. For a year stright I used Khadi amla and shikakai shampoo, the shampoo is sulphate and paraben free along with good ingredients BUT i had to use a lot of it to clean my scalp, like a lot. It also made my hair very dry and brittle as it did not have any moisturizing ingredients like silicone (silicones are very good for hair when used correctly). My hair was a mess, so i switched to the Biotique kelp shampoo, same problem with that as it made my hair suuuuper dry and frizzy, also my hair became oily in a few days. Needed a lot of shampoo to clean my scalp. Used it for a while and that maybe im using indian brands where not much research has been done, thats why im facing such problems. So ordered a very expensive bottle of organic shampoo Giovanni from US, it performed relatively well as compared to the indian brands but still it did not lather that well and i couldn't confirm if all my scalp has been covered. While this cycle of disappointment was goining on, i had a occassion to attend and needed good hair for that. So i just picked up a few sachets of loreal total repair five shampoo and conditioner for the event and used it. It made my hair so beautiful and nice. The hairfall was less and my hair was not looking bad anymore! I was so impressed. Then switched to sunsilk again as when my hair was long and thick, i was using sunsilk and my hair regained that shine back! So, dont trust these organic brands while it might work for some it might not for others. Every marketing that came from west has never done anything good for us. Why you haven't mentioned Khadi Amla bhringraj etc SLS+Parabin free Shampoo?+ their Conditioner is also sls+parabin free.. It's one of the best selling shampoos on Amazon etc I have been using it for the past 3-4 years but it feels that it's one of the reasons behind my hair greying and bit hair thinning in crown areas.. Take a jar 🫙 and add three powders in equal quantities and store it. • To wash your hair , if u have long hair , take 1 or 2 spoons 🥣 add water and keep for about 10 minutes, and then apply it to your hair , it will not lather, so use your fingers to rub your scalp all through. Keep it on your hair for 2-3 mins. Then wash it off. If it's still making ur hair dry , next time add a little bit of (2-3 drops) of any oil (coconut etc..). In your mixture of 3 powders in bowl while washing your hair.
