Rebecca Bryant played by Amanda Bernero in the episode "No Way Out Part 2: The Evilution of Frank." The way her character came out of "Fisher King" episodes it really seemed like Gideon would move heaven and earth to keep her safe, so when Frank gets Gideon's book, it is shockingly sad to see that Gideon a) kept her info in the book and b) she is the first victim that Frank picks out. So young, had been through so much to come out of the Fisher King episodes that to have Frank come to her house, it just hit in the spot that said "this is not how it was supposed to go for her".

Haley Hotchner's death was one of the most heartbreaking of any show. I never thought for a second that Hotch would not get to her in time but I think Stephen Walker's inclusion on the list was wrong. He was utterly forgettable and I was glad to see him go. Matt Spicer's death made a bigger impact and frankly, he developed a stronger bond with Morgan in one episode than Walker did at all.

Stephen’s parents in Mosley Lane really understood the role. You can see the father go through all five stages of grief in the blink of an eye. He’d gone through the stages once and now that the hope is gone again, especially when he digested that his son was alive just one day earlier, you can see him speedrun right through the stages again. That’s incredible acting especially considering it was a guest role. I wish they were better noticed.

Honestly i struggled to watch Risky Business after the scene in the classroom when theyre talking to the kids and they're all like "oh they just dont want us to win the game." Like BRUH. Theres a reason we say people that age tend to lack empathy. You find out 2 kids are dead and you wanna talk about winning some game? I love the way Reid handled the situation because i would asked the class stuff like, " Ok, say you win? You gonna dedicate the win in the memory of those who died? You gonna go to the funerals and tell the parents that? Are you going to help those parents of the little brother why his brother died the way he did and cant play with him anymore?" Prentiss' "death" was shocking as was her....resurrection. It's a pity there were salary disputes causing Brewster and Cook to leave at some point - just as you're beginning to like the characters, they either leave or are killed off - like JJ - assigned to Homeland Security or whatever, and Prentiss returns to Interpol

Haley's death was not no. 1 for me because it was pretty probable in my eyes that she would die. They had hints throughout the previous episodes that the killer had a bone to pick with Hotchner, and killing off close family members of main characters is common practice for such a build up. I missed the woman in this list who was the mother of the killer who forced his victims to replay movie scenes that his mother had acted in. I also missed the first victim of the "in heat" episode, who is presumed dead. Also some of the victims that had been saved in a former episode by Gideon and his team but were killed by a criminal who hated Gideon.

That killer was Frank Breitkopft. Gideon called him one of the worst serial killers he ever tracked. He was emotionless and frightening. Keith Carradine is an incredible actor to bring such a creature to life, but then play a comedic role in The Big Bang Theory!

Tbh, i don't mind that Erin is in 3rd place Personally, i think they killed her on purpose. Erin had a very good character development, she was no worse than Barnes. During the last seasons where she appeared there was a lot of growth in her, she got along better with the team, she genuinely wanted to fix things with Blake, she was overcoming her problems with alcohol. She truly sought to improve herself with her coworkers, her family, and herself, only for them to decide to kill her in the end.

Hotch’s wife was an idiot. Her family was being stalked by a famous killer who was on the loose. His mugshot should have been the first thing she memorized. Yet she had no idea what he looked like and let him in her home. It was her own fault she died and she almost got her son killed as well.
