Great segment, Weston. This is an often underestimated and overlooked component of a man’s wardrobe... one of the first things folks look at, especially in professional settings is your footwear. Broken down footwear is perceived to be a sign of someone who doesn’t take themselves seriously. Obviously not referring to tastefully ‘distressed’ biker boots which are intended to look rugged. Right, wrong or indifferent perception is reality in most cases. I would add that men should also have both causal and dressy (tapered) loafers as well as drivers to complete their look... I typically lean on the UK or Italian shoe houses that have been in the game for a longtime to invest in my higher end or even midline purchases. Keep up the awesome work!

As someone who also wears size 12 i can relate to looking for shoes that aren't as bulky. I do have a few pair of black with white soles but feel like they 'look' bigger. My basic whites are leather adidas, which are absolutely the best clean look with jeans.

Yes! I would love to film a video on suits for winter & summer in the future. It is on the list for filming but I have been unable to get my new suits hemmed due to COVID. So I want everything to be ready before shooting. I can’t say as to when this will happen with uncertain times ahead of us. I will try my best though!

You need a Sketchers or Rockport slip on leather walking shoe maybe in a darkish brown. Most of my buds have had a pair for near 20 years as well as Tods (or Gucci or Ferragamo) driving shoe- with or without the steel accent bar. They pack really well for a trip. You can’t go native without such a modern moccasin.

You’re right on as usual. I have my go to shoes as well and one is a gray suede Varvatos boot and a Kenneth Cole tan suede, these are my top two favs. Also I have a lot mocha colored monk strap semi casual shoe and with a suit I wear nicer Cole Haans.

Svensson (classic low white) is a great all white shoe. Italian leather and quality of the "common project" shoe, but over half the cost less.

So I see a big trend in order to be stylish the dress pants do not land on the shoe and are somewhat short and also the shoes are worn with no socks. Imo, it shows character. All around, it's about how you present yourself in an interview more than being sure your pants are touching your shoes. As long as you look good, it shouldn't matter that much.
