The reason I like Klein is he is not op. Like every other novels, he is not the smartest, know everything since from the start. I feel more relateable that he has flaws like humans. The mindset that he prepared for fight and wars are like he concludes all possibilities, plan 1, plan2 .He might not be the smartest, but he sure is most hardworking to go through his journey to become a god.

But Klein numerous times attempted suicide, but his attempts were fruitless. Klein became deeply depressed because of this. But Klein later deduced that this was a scheme of Amon. Amon's motive was to give Klein hope, but after some time, he would crush that hope. So, in frustration, Klein would give Amon the authority of Sefirah Castle to escape his pursuit. Amon also deceived the Evernight Goddess during the apotheosis ritual of Klein.

By statement scaling/Pseudo-Kiyokouji scaling, this does makes sense, However in stop's scaling w/ a little bit of normal scaling, where we use onscreen feats and better execution, Klein absolutely takes the cake with Amon being a close second. At this point i am sure that CW is the main antagonist of the whole LOTM trilogy He is someone who has been mentioned since chapter 2 or 3 (i guess). Everything that klein is right now was basically because of CW (debatable). We know that ASG is on the side of humanity. Outer deities are a problem but they dont fit well as THE MAIN ANTAGONIST of THE GREATEST WEBNOVEL.

On the last battle inside sefirah, when every god is leaving and just waiting for the outcome, amon is still lose, amon is a god with dual pathways fighting klein that still barely digest the fool potion, and needs time to stabilize his insanity. Amon always fought klein with a higher level, If they fought on the same level there is no way amon will beat klein.
