Thank you very much for the video! There are a few pieces I really like. I like the first piece by Bach ever since I had heard a beatbox version of it. Sousa's piece is played every July 4th by the Marching band when I was in school. This is the first time I heard that piece by Bizet. It sounds very nice.

I recognized the first 2 pieces, and the piccolo solo from Stars and Stripes forever. I'm try to remember the piece from the William Tell. The Peer Gyint is one of my all time favorite pieces of music. I'm actually learning L'Arlésienne Suite No.2 right now

I searched with the term "famous classical piece" with the premonition that I'd never find it, clicked this video and booom it was the very first piece in this video. Thank you.

Oh my God I will remember Sousa's Stars and Stripes for the rest of my life :D It was my very first solo played on piccolo in an orchestra and I remember I thought it was very hard to play all the high notes and I was very very nervous that I'd screw up :D PS: I vas so happy and surprised that you've played Má Vlast by Smetana! My Czech heart is proud :D

Anička V, You didn’t need to worry about messing up the Stars and Stripes Forever solo since our Maestro here (Amelie) didn’t seem to mind publishing her version being rhythmically out of phase with the piano. I’m absolutely impressed that Amelie played both the piano accompaniment AND a flute duet with herself! Just the production of her video is a wonder to behold!

It is, and we've also done it as part of other songs...we do one every few years for Christmas called "Jingle Bells Forever" which is a mix of Jingle Bells and Stars and Stripes Forever. We've also done a Sousa Medley that included the piccolo part for Stars and Stripes Forever.

Thanks! I was googling: Fluete melody everyone knows and it's song 2. When i was 5-10 we had the song in a chinese restaurant. Thats why i was initialy looking for a chinese song and never found it.
