Same thought it was just cause it was my first souls like but I thought it was better than Elden ring sekiro lords of the fallen and wukong although I did enjoy all of these games I’d rank them 1 lies of p 2 sekiro 3 wukong 4 Elden ring 5 lords of fallen

Lies of P was by far the best non fromsoftware game I've played. All the others feel... lacking or wannabe. Lies of P felt perfect to me

I like LoP too, awesome game. But all the others lacking or wannabe? Lords of the Fallen, Nioh2, Remnant games , Code Vein... All fantastic soulslikes, they're better than LoP for me.

Thats true, in the first LotF, but he shows footage mainly from the 2nd, and hes talking about it like its the same game. It feels like he didnt played or not much of them, just looked with google. And Dead Cells as a soulslike?

Remnant 2 is much better then first game. Everything it had but better and without shitload of annoying things and every boss being a mob fest.

I see it as the type that you collect “souls”, which are used as currency and points to upgrade a character. If you die, you lose those unless you recover them from your dead body. When you rest at a “bonfire”, it heals you but resets the enemies in the area.

Video title is tautologous because a souls-like is a souls style game not from Fromsoft and the core Fromsoft games are called Soulsborne because of Bloodborne...I've yet to see a new name to include Elden Ring.
