No one would ever forget Brendan Fraser's role. It is by far, the saddest storyline of the whole series. The whole "Where do you think we are?" line, it just breaks my heart every time. The look on Dr. Cox's face, just says it all.

5:55 it actually wasn't one of his first roles after being diagnosed. He had been diagnosed years before when he was still doing movies and Spin City. It was one of his first roles after he more extensively exhibited. It's why they needed to write the OCD in to cover for his physical idiosyncrasies.

Brendan Fraser should be number one. Not only was it more than just another throwaway cameo, it showed Scrubs also wasn't just a one-trick pony of a sitcom. I've not seen many shows where it makes you want to laugh and cry in equal measures. Such a rollercoaster of emotions. I also can't believe it's been 12 years since it ended!

At 4:00, that scene was one of the most emotional scenes ever put in a sitcom, right up there with the final episode of M*A*S*H when Hawkeye realizes his memory of a chicken being killed is actually a repressed memory of a baby being killed. Scrubs biggest gut-punch for me was the final episode as JD walks out of the hospital, sees all the characters he knew, and then has a last fantasy as they play “The Book of Love” by Peter Gabriel.

Michael Learned who played the mom in The Waltons had a story arch. Cheryl Hines played Cox's sister, Tom Cavanaugh as JD's brother, D.L. Hughley as Turk's brother, Markie Post as Eliot's mom. Heather Graham should have been in the top 10, not honorable mention. And four actors, including William Daniels, in a nod to St. Elsewhere.

This show will always hold a special place in my heart, It was funny, heartfelt, serious and sad. The acting was phenomenal and it introduced me to so many actors who I wasn't familiar with that time. The wonderful talents of Tom Cavanaugh who would all become familiar with this Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne (The Flash) Brendan Fraser's heartbreaking portrayal of Ben. Ryan Reynolds as Spence its front door is a whos who of acting. This show deserves a 1 and done miniseries just to catch up with the guys.. are they still teaching? Are Elliott and J.D. still married? Literally the perfect Dramady lol. Love this show..

Brendan ( Ben) was so sweet and I almost did forget. Locklear funny. Murray ( Chandler) (my favorite)was hysterical. Mandy ( Julie) so clumsy it was adorable. And last but not least is (OCD) Dr played by Michael J Fox.
