Really it is Mar 15th and it was 60* in the Twin Cities today . Basically it only get cold from about Nov to April. Meanwhile FL it is so hot that you cannot do anything for 9 month and goes the same with TX. The difference in MN when it get cold our energy grid is not going out either. Meanwhile in the town I love in we have 70k people and over 70 parks. The fact I can ride my bike in St Paul and Minneapolis and ride over 50 miles with very few mile sharing the road with car is amazing. What to go swimming. There is a lake 1 mile from my home that has a swimming beach. The people hear are a lot more friendly then they were when I lived in FL and TX. In fact in FL I had this horrible neighbor that basically stalked and made up crap to the homeowners so I was getting letters every day over BS stuff. Like one day I had to jump my car battery. Well 2 day later I get the this letter that car that can not start are not allowed to be stored on the drive way. J

i live in Wisconsin and yes Wisconsin deserves to be on the list you go more rural like I live in it's beautiful, nice ,calm, and no one bothers you perfect for people who just want to get away from everyone else if you just want to be left alone like it said in the video lot's of outdoor activities to do swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, and a ton of campsite alongside hunting sites

We lived in Illinois, the Chicago area, for about 5 years. The day we got out of there was one of the best days of my life. The weather is awful, the cities are dirty and crime ridden, the landscape is flat for most of the state. We left for NC, a lovely state!

I was a resident of MA between 1983-1995 and I have worked with top company in MA for 12 years. When recession of 1993 hit the state after the gulf war, I was terminated from my job and was unable to find anything for 2 years in MA. I forced to leave the state and sold my home at lost cost! I almost became a middle class homeless before I got out in 1995!

We utilized service center full time including schooling to upgrade technology for duration of two years full time with none stop. The resume I used prove to be ineffective in MA but can secure an interview in 5 different states. I had landed a job in CA and reused this version with modification and did not ran into issue until 2002.

Try Baan Chan, near Jomtien and Pattaya. So many expats there, all the way to Rayong actually. There are also some really nice places on the Andaman coast in Myanmar. (Not great for expatting though) Pass on driving in Cambodia, regularly at least. Reminded of Louisiana roads. I really n eed to start an expat blog :) Good luck.

Apparently this so called study doesn't include the states I would have selected. The things I would have considered first are: 1) Low taxes, 2) Temperate climate, 3) Low crime rate, 4) Business opportunities, and 5) The warm personable PEOPLE ! Houston , Texas has one area in downtown where there’s about big hospitals (1) MD Anderson (cancer) (2) Methodist , Neuro Opthalmic , cardiovascular ( heart transplant ) (3) St Luke ( medical , surgical , cardiovascular , heart transplant )(4) Herman ( diagnostic , medical surgical (5) orthopedics , rehab , more hospitals it’s a big circle you can work from one place to another .. When I worked in Methodist hospital , I was a private duty RN of Frank Sinatra’s mom , Guy Lombardo wife , this was the hospital where Howard Hughes was , many known celebrities from Hollywood goes to Methodist .. attractions (1) NASA space center (2) 50 miles , Galveston beach , swimming and some area crabbing and in one area was a place of restaurants of different kind like pier 39 of San Francisco, about 100 miles there’s San Antonio small Venice of USA , Austin , Texas beautiful place to visit , 7 flags , bowling etc … the weather is hot on summer and icy on winter seldom snow , Dallas snows there every year ..,

I have visited and/or lived in 47 of these 50 states. I have lived in California, Arizona, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Taxachusetts, Connecticut, and now Texas. By the way, it is too damn HOT in Central Texas. I admit that I am a male polar bear. Virginia is my favorite state and Manassas, Virginia is my next chapter in my life. I have definitively decided to relocate out of Texas and into Virginia by 2024 or early 2025. Did I mention that it is WAY too damn HOT every single day in Central Texas. When you basically only have 2 seasons, Summer (super hot) and the rest of the year is still pretty damn warm as the average temperature even in December is between 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I was stationed at Lowry AFB in Denver in the mid Eighties. I loved Colorado. Absolutely loved it.

There is practically no industry there because the "good politics" of that state prohibits new industries from moving in. If a current industry shuts down, a new industry cannot take the building over. Jobs are scarce there as a result.

I wouldn't move to Arizona. It is expensive and overcrowded and I would never move to Idaho. I was born and raised here and it is not the panacea everyone thinks it is. It's very low-income, poor for jobs as it is a right-to-work state and is a very right-wing, extremist, fascist state. We have more hate groups in this state than any place in the country. The school system is ranked as one of the worst in the country. Not to mention very poor health and mental health accessibility. Housing is extremely high-priced so if you don't have a lot of money to invest in a place to live this state is not for you.

Colorado is on the list! Good to see that! But they should be #1. One thing that makes Colorado great is they do not get as much rain as somewhere I know. And sure! Washington State could be promising too! Except! Seattle get WAY TOO MANY Rainy Days. One place that is a good place to live in Washington State is Kennewick. And I’d live there if I had to live in that State at all. Kennewick along with the 2 other Tri-Cities of Pasco & Richland just like the State of Colorado don’t get as much rain as many other places. Texas? Whatever I lived in Irving from 1998 to 2001 because that's where the job was. All things considered, it paid well compared to other states for equivalent jobs. However I'm big time into outdoor *physical* activities, and the air quality was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't imagine that it has gotten better since then The weather was just plain bad as well Not anywhere close to warm in the winter with strong cold damp winds BRUTAL heat in the summer Not totally horrible during some of the spring... that is, right around tornado season I guess it depends what you consider "quality of living"

I live for cold weather, snow, ice, skiing, snowboarding. I need the 4 seasons and miss the cyclical changes every 3 months. I was a long term resident in Connecticut (40+ years) and eventually left because the outrageous high cost of living. I have also lived in New York, New Jersey, Taxachusetts, Minnesota, Arizona, California, and now I am a Texas resident in the capitol city of Austin. I am ONLY here in Texas for work. Other than the excellent economy and the booming job market, particuluarly in the IT and Cyber Security field that I just recently transitioned into in March of 2023. The food is much better in New England, especially for Breakfast. Virginia is a Righteous State to live in. That is my next chapter of my life. I will be living in the Manassas, Virginia area by late 2024 or early 2025.

Mankind, long trampled by Satan, from the very beginning became an artist bearing the image of Satan-more than that, mankind incarnate of Satan, and serves as evidence that testifies to Satan, very clearly. Where does My glory come from? Because the enemy, having corrupted humanity, is fighting Me, has claimed humanity-the humanity that I created long ago and filled with My glory and My living-and defiled them. It stole My glory, and all it planted was poison heavily mixed with Satan's ugliness, and juice from the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.) Almighty God said It has always been My duty to govern man. Besides that, conquering man was what I ordained when I created the world. People may not know that I will completely conquer mankind in the last days, or that conquering the rebellious mankind is proof that I have defeated Satan. But when My enemy fought with Me, I said that I would conquer those who were captured by Satan and make them his children, made faithful servants who guard his house. The ORIGINAL MEANING OF CONQUEROR was DEFEATED, SUBJECT TO SHAME; in the language of the ISRAELITES, it means TO COMPLETELY DEFEAT, DESTROY, and deprive Me of the ability to resist further. ☀️🙏 But NOW, when USED to you, it MEANS CONQUER. ☀️ You must KNOW that My PURPOSE is to COMPLETELY exterminate and subjugate EVIL in humanity, so that it CANNOT REBEL AGAINST Me, especially NOT having an OPPORTUNITY to disturb or interfere with My WORK. Therefore, when it comes to people, this word already means conquest. Whatever the word implies, My work is to defeat mankind. For while it is true that mankind is an addition to My rule, to be more precise, mankind is nothing but My enemy. ☀️ HUMANITY is the EVIL that RESISTS and disobeys Me. MANKIND IS NO OTHER THAN THE SON OF THE EVIL I CURSED. In regards to Florida, as someone who grew up in Miami and has lived here for over 40 years I can tell you whom ever did this video is not in touch with real estate. While I love living in Miami for a million reasons and will never leave, I can tell you that the cost of real estate here (home values and rentals) are OUT OF CONTROL ! I have been a landlord for over 30 years and I am ashamed of how much I am collecting on my rentals...but the market is the market. As far as medium home values, whoever did this video is not informed at all. You make $50K a year...you will better find an small studio with not kitchen (essentially a room in some ones house) or a bridge to live under. Looking to buy anything for under $400K....good luck ! I love where I live in south Florida....but to say this is not one of the most expensive places to live in the US is irresponsible. Just do your homework before you plunge t come here. As you move away from south Florida prices start to ease a little (specially in the center away from the coasts) However, the real estate values in FL have grown exponentially even in areas that are not near the coast. There are plenty of poe-dunk areas in the center and north of the state where the values are way lower....but who the hell wants to live there....other than for the weather.

My advice, if you are considering a big move to Florida. Rent first. Many new residents discover living in Florida full-time is drastically different than when they are on vacation. I worked 30 plus years and lived in south Florida. I couldn't afford to live in home if I still owned the property. Check out insurance rates if you can find an agent to cover your home. Do your due diligence BEFORE you make a decision.
