The reason why Texas and Florida is not on this particular list because it's based off the percentage of blacks in each state.

I do consider both culture and environment when looking at a place to live, as well as other things like outdoor activities, airport access, good schools, etc. This video had some interesting points and some states I would have not guessed correctly

Mississippian here. Yeah, I know mistakes were made. But does this generation, that is trying to correct those mistakes, need to pay the price? Byron De La Beckwith was finally made to pay for his crime ,as were others. Some had died before they received their punishment here on earth. Come visit us with an open mind. We are friendly, welcoming and extremely open minded.
