I would have the shanks crew over the wb crew. They are just too top heavy. Shanks>old wb, Ben Beckman>Marco, yassop and lucky roux> vista and jozu. They may have more in numbers but it ultimately depends on how the heavy hitters go. Same with the Bb pirates(honestly they might need a power boost but if they end up beating shanks crew, then they should beat wb’s crew.

I would put 1.rocks pirates Pretty obvious considering they had like 5 conquerors in there crews who later made crews of there own 2.Blackbeard pirates Having kuzan makes them broken considering 1 yonko lvl character can solo a yonko crew. So basically bb and kuzan duo most crews everyone else is just extra 3. Golden lion pirates They were about to beat the roger pirates and have the biggest fleet 4. Wb pirates/ roger pirates Both of them are pretty equal shown in the flash back. Tho I got Wb>roger Rayleigh > Oden, tiger pirates apart from those two and gaban are pretty fearless tho 5.red hair pirates stated most balanced crew,and commanders have crazy haki 6.revolutionary army Dragon seems to be the strongest in the verse currently and sabo seems to be somewhat relative to the admirals 7.strawhat pirates/beast pirates This kinda a toss up.depends on how close you think luffy is to kaido.I just think kaido should be able to defeat luffy then beat the injured crew even with zoro and sanji. 8.cross guild I got mihawk> shanks and I think croc is mid- high yc1 these two carry but I think they should be enough for the rest 9.The big mom pirates I got them this low since kat,smoothie,cracker seem pretty weak I got mihawk beating bm and then helping croc handle the rest

what a take, where do i even begin😂..... we've seen zero feets to even claim that dragon is the strongest in the verse, luffy is stronger than kaido, and kuzan isn't as strong as you think he is... he's close to most yonkos but he can't go toe to toe with a character like Kaido... same goes for ben beckman and rayleigh....(kuzan is relative in strenght to those two)... the blackbeard pirates are definitely not the second strongest crew. and if your argument for kaido even carries weight, then roger should just beat blackbeard, then proceed to wipe the floor with the rest of the injured blackbeard crew.

I disagree with rock's pirates being the strongest crew. 1 none but maybe rocks was in their prime. Roger and his crew grew even stronger post god valley. End of voyage Roger pirates Had 3 legit top tiers at least excluding Gaban who also could have been a top tier. Rocks pirates had early legends that had not reached their peaks yet. All of Shiki wb BM kaido and silver axe all reached their status post rocks breaking up not during it. Imo the all time crews goes 1. Roger pirates 2. Rocks pirates 3. Prime wbp 4. BB pirates 5. I disagree with anything above b tier cuz the old gen seems to be very fraudulent when u scale characters off of Oden especially with the 1087 raws which SPOILER WARNING STOP READING THIS COMMENT IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED IVE WARNED YOU you clearly see that both Aokiji and Shiryu are dabbing on an old Garp with a young Aokiji being implied to have similar punching strength to a prime Garp and Rayleigh also just really isn’t all that as a old Rayleigh is blatantly weaker than Marco who again is also pretty weak when compared to the straw hats, red hairs and blackbeard pirates, let’s also not forget that characters like Mihawk are basically objectively stronger than Whitebeard and I honestly don’t see how a Shanks who’s relative to this Mihawk would lose to the Whitebeard pirates considering all of his members seem to be far stronger than Whitebeard’s crew and Roger’s crew is blatantly close to equal to Whitebeard’s crew so I think they have been surpassed
