Quentin's not that powerful. He's been killed by regular humans multiple times, been telepathically outdone by Emma Frost 3 times (she even made him poop his pants), and he's lost to Rachel Grey in a telepathic 1v1. As far as telepaths go, he's got the raw power but really lacks skill/finesse. Nate Grey would have been a better choice for this list.

There are probably a dozen characters I can think of who could easily stop Legion. Top of my list would be Matthew Malloy but almost nobody knows about him, and he technically does not exist anymore. Next to that would be the one mutant almost nobody ever thinks about on these lists and that is Sentry who has proven to be so powerful that even erasing him from History was not enough to stop him. And I am not even going to get into the sheer number of non earth beings who could wipe him out.

As for how powerful he was, well he is a reality warping mutant who was so powerful that Xavier had to hide his power from himself so he wouldnt literally erase the universe. Then when that was not enough he had to pull time travel shit and stop him from ever being born. Considering the only other person Xavier ever did anything like that to was Legion himself, that should tell you everything you need to know about how powerful he was.

He doesn't have any big feat but his powers are theoretically explained to be easily beyond omega. The only way they were able to beat him is because he has like 0 control over his powers. A full powered Malloy is a frightening thought. It's so sad that they didn't explore his powers more. Xavier was so scared of his powers that he thought he is too powerful to exist.

She not only has to touch somebody, while Hope doesn't, she also could fuck herself up mentally if too much contact, while Hope doesn't seem to have that handicap. Jubilee doesnt have a killer instinct lol The Last Son was a 'What if...'-like scenario was canon for current Gambit due to limiter in place. Jubilee, on the otherhand, she's a literal, potential 2nd coming of the Molecule Man - Owen Reece. She has the potential to move worlds and the universe at will. Top 10 Most Power Marvel Mutants. That are easily searchable... Because Synch, Blue Marvel, Mr M, Jasper, etc are not currently on the list. Quentin Quire peak is out of canon. Then you have Marquis of Death, who was referenced in the live action movie, Kick Ass 2. Guy is a literal multi-universal reality warper. Whom DOOM spent billions to wait for him to fight and defeat himself. Just so he could swoop in, at the last moment and spit a DOOM line. And where is Jubilee? Put some respect on that.

why does every list forget Mad Jim Jaspers? ah see this is the "Top 10 Strongest Mutants in the Marvel Universe" where the 238 version belongs before they destroyed his universe to ensure he didn't expand beyond that, if the 616 version was still alive and given the time to grow for a few more panels he'd be on the "Top 10 Mutants to Strong for the Marvel Multiverse" list cause if 616 Jim was still around which he sadly isn't, no reality warping shenanigans would ever happen and i'm still upset that no one ever seems to bring him up even though he's dead
