As obvious as it is to have the batmobile at the top, and as much as I love it. For me the clear winner is the hell cycle. It just is the coolest vehicle ever by definition, I mean its a fucking flaming motor cycle with a skull, you just don't get cooler than that. I know it's easily the one I would choose.

Yeah, but the Batmobile was only #1 because it's so iconic. Really it's just a batman version of Green Hornet's car or Cap's cycle. The ghost rider cycle had always been my favorite superhero vehicle because it's unique AND it doesn't need fucking flame throwers, it IS a flame thrower.

+Jack Hartnett he reason is because the hellcycle is not even close to as known as the batmobile. Kids across the world have grown up wanting to drive it. The video never said it was about the most powerful. The batmobile and batman was really the inspiration for much of the modern superhero lore ie gadgets, sidekicks, vehicles, superdogs, etc. Ghost rider has had no such influence. Like it or not, Batman and Superman defined what superheros are.

Whenever the Batmobile comes to mind, I always think of the 1989 version since it stood out with such a unique shape. Not saying I don't love the tank-version of more recent years, as it's very intimidating and easier to believe, but I think the older models made it it more mesmerizing since it all seemed so surprising for something of its size to be so versatile. It was like a blend of technology and magic.
