I think some of these aren't censored because the reason they censor certain phrases in the first place is so younger players aren't exposed to vulgar language, however this younger audience isn't going to understand the subtext. For example a 10-year-old isn't going to understand how phallic "sucking too hard on your lollipop" is, when the only association they have with the words "sucking" and "lollipop" is sucking a literal lollipop. Also, a child won't know that a birthday suit is someone naked, especially when the song is literally called "Birthday", so a child will just assume it has to do with a generic birthday party.
