Yeh I like a lot of their stuff but theres nothing wrong with liking chop suey or liking a band because of one or two songs, you don't have to be all hipster about it. For me, I get desensitized to songs like chop suey, it's like that stairway to heaven effect. It's an awesome song but you just hear it so many times that it loses it's umpf. Personally my favorites are Psycho and Hypnotize.

I remember walking into leading edge music in Penrith sydney and seeing in the new release metal section a band called "system of a down" the cover had a hand on it and it was produced via rick ruebin, i picked up that badboy and had a listen to it via a listening post and was blown away...i bought the cd and promoted that to anybody who would listen...sugar, ddevil, spiders, suit pee, know..the whole thing. Needless to say their next album was massive and then everybody had heard of them....i have not been dissapointed in any of their releases and seen them 3 times....the only dissapointment ive had is that they waited for ever to tour again, there hasnt been a new album in way too long and the fact that Johnny and marmalaide were not on steal this album ......oh and soldierside still gives me chills every listen. wonderful band
