It depends on what you measure. You can check also the history of Wikipedia article to see different numbers appearing in it, you can see also that these 2 buildings swapped their places in Wikipedia multiple times. Moreover, the first version of this video had Sarona on the first place. However, I verified data in multiple sources during creation of this video and final decision was placing Moshe Aviv on the first place, because of two reasons: its height from the ground to top is 244m according to multiple sources and it has more floors above the ground than Azrieli Sarona.

As it was said, only complete buildings were included in the video. Hi Givatayim which was in video and obviously higher than Shahar was and still is incomplete along Beyond Givatayim which was tiny at the time the video was released but currently is (probably) the highest incomplete building in Israel.

There's controversial data across the internet. I verified the data from multiple sources and took the data which appears in more sources. Moreover the first version of this video (which was not released) had Sarona on the first place.

@@minidroner4656 It's 235 m from the main entrance to the architectural top, which is the main CTBUH criterion. However, from the above-ground parking entrance it's 244 m.

@@Ynhockey Did you mean Moshe Aviv? The interesting fact is that when I started this video many months ago, I based on Wikipedia. I noticed that during my work Azrieli Sarona and Moshe Aviv exchanged their ranks multiple times. I made a bit deeper research and found the data presented in the video in multiple sources. Besides that while the measurement may be controversial, one of the major factors to move Moshe Aviv to the first place was the number of floors above the ground (68 vs 61). I also mentioned in the description that the data may be inaccurate. Another doubtful point was building completeness. While HI Givatayim is obviously higher than HaShahar Tower currently holding the third place, it is out of rank. The Seven Stars Tower was not occupied (at least during the shooting the first take) but it looked complete and was included in the rank. BBC is obviously higher than half of the buildings here but it is still incomplete.

I maintain some of those lists on English Wikipedia, but it's correct there :) The parking lot changes a lot of the stats for the tower if included, because it's multi-storey, and only part of it is available close to the main entrance. You can see the difference clearly in my photo titled File:Moshe Aviv Tower 03.jpg on Wikimedia Commons.

Well, you should read the description of the video. Only completed buildings are included. There are much more completed buildings than you mentioned and they are not included just because they are still incomplete even if they are already higher than others in this video. Currently this is the most updated list.

These are built to be a lot stronger than the old houses, even those with the thick walls. The walls are made out of bricks
