Underrated rebuild is UTSA. They lost their Senior QB, their top 2 WRs transferred, and they lost a lot of seniors on defense. They previously had back to back 12 win seasons in C-USA and then won 9 games last year in the AAC.

I really like Nebraska as a team to use in Dynasty mainly for Dylan. That team will be a lot of fun to just use him from the start and build him into a Heisman winner and becoming a Nebraska Legend

My original rebuild was with Kent built them up pretty good but then got offered a job at Texas only did a few seasons with them before getting bored, think I will do Arizona state always liked the school colors and uniforms

Gonna start one with Georgia Tech. Nice pipeline and solid conference then once I get better at the game, start a dynasty with Vanderbilt which will be very challenging

UCLA is a good rebuild too, if you want a team that won’t take long to rebuild. Sturdivant, Matavao, Harden for two years plus either Justyn Martin or Davis as your year two QB gives you solid pieces to start

Yessirrr Texas tech is a GREAT team and the foundation is set tbh. Micah Hudson a 5star WR freshman and Will Hammond a 4star freshman QB. Rutgers Kstate Texas Tech are the three I’ve been contemplating for my online dynasty. I’m from Jersey so probably gonna go Rutgers but these are some really fun builds

I’m torn on who I should do my dynasty with 😂 My options are: - *Utah State* (my favorite team, but the program’s kinda a dumpster fire rn 💀) - *Northern Illinois* (Used to be really good, cool looking unis) - *East Carolina* (they were terrible last szn, but have sick unis) - *Boston College* (solid conference, but they haven’t been very good in quite some time) - *Wyoming* (Cool unis, solid G5 conference) I might also consider some other teams, but those are the main ones that I’ve been thinking about.

I'm going to start with FIU and move to a bigger school like one of these on the list. Iowa St. could be fun too. It's going to be cool to see how starting out as an OC or DC works. That could be fun to move your way up to HC.

I would've picked Michigan State over several of the other big 10 teams you mentioned. They brought in the #2 transfer portal qb that has nfl potential and they have several weapons on offense.

I get the suggestions but for me it's more a mid tied choice. All big programs who have been great before. I think a lot of people like me like the underdog role bringing small schools up like Boise State did years ago.
