Demonslayer232 hollows come in all shapes and sizes with the smaller humanoids ones being the most devastating...as such they don't qualify as a race. Not to mention....hollows were never shown outright cutting their victims into pieces and devouring them in the most savage manner possible

Literally every Angel from Evangelion and it's movies could be included here. Though I admit that Ramiel from the movie is easily the most mindbending iteration to date. Who knew geometry could be so apocalyptic? As for what I'd add to this list- 1. The real space monsters from Diebuster. The two we saw were ridiculous. 2. The alien metal lifeforms from the Gundam 00 movie. 3. The absolutely hideous monsters from Devil Man/Devil Lady.

While I have never heard of Gantz until the film, it was one of the best Sci-Fi/Horror films that I have ever seen, and the English dub is absolutely top notch.

not a bad list. mind you, i do contest that Ramiel pales in comparison to Arael since the latter can easily subdue targets from outside of planetary orbit. i'll have to check out that Gantz movie though. i didn't know there was anything past the 26 episodes from ages ago. Hiroya Oku may be a crazy, pervy otaku, but i've never been able to argue that Gantz, particularly the manga (even though i'm way behind), is mind-numbingly, exhilaratingly and sometimes even appallingly engrossing

Probably a very unpopular opinion, but Envy true form from FMA should be a honorable mention. He is green, he is huge and really grotesque looking with all of the souls going out of his body & tongue. Not to mention that he is super strong too, and pretty much immortal while a philosopher stone is fused to him. Also, there is Bahamut from Shingeki No Bahamut. It may be just a super-sized dragon, but one so big and so strong that literary the entire armies of heaven, hell AND mankind were not even close to be enough to even slow Bahamut down. The heroes of the show needed to strike the beast twice with deux-ex machina devices to kill it for good, and even then it seems that Bahamut might still be alive.
