These people are incredibly dangerous and their sociopathy eventually shows up in private. They can have a criminal mindset and if you call out their false image of perfection and [insert a random lie], they will hammer you. Exiting a dispute with one of these types leaves you with severe cognitive dissonance. But as time goes on, their message becomes clear: if you speak up, you will regret it.

I'm a man, and I think that men are in a much better position to fight these creeps than women ever are. It has to do not just with physical strength but with quality of mind. Women are not inferior to men, but they are extremely different, and the ways in which they're different make them unsuited to fight these dreadful people. In my case, I could make considerable trouble and maybe ruin the sociopathic cousin who has caused me such trouble, but I am a Christian and am leaving him to the Lord. If he were smart, he would thank God for that. He has no notion of what I have realized I could do to bring him down.

Many times they will want praise for the same thing numerous times. They will do a small favor without you even asking. Then mention it several times. Expecting a thank you six times for the same thing. Especially if you're not giving them the attention they want.

After years of neglect, when I was 13, my narcissist female parent decided to be nice to me. I came home after school, finding a pretty dress (I was a farm girl, pretty things to me were very suspicious) laid out on my bed. No note, nothing... just the dress. I walked into the kitchen and asked her about it. I asked, "Did you make a mistake? Isn't this for Mary?" (My sister) She fumed, barely choking out the words, "No, it's for you. You should be grateful!" I thanked her. But that's all. I never worshipped her the way she wanted, for being so 'wonderful' to me. I hated the dress and never wore it. The whole thing gave me the shivers. 🎉

So true. It’s exactly how covert narcisists behave.

Ex wife is a covert. I was discarded 5 years ago now and we share 3 children. Envy, jealousy and resentment are at her very core. Anyone they knew achieving things, being successful created an immediate response of jealousy. I remember in the kitchen saying to her once - why can't you just be happy for someone who is doing well? Answer was well I deserve that success too. She immediately made it about her, like a jealous little girl who hadn't grown up. The mask fell a long time ago now, but she's a terrific actor, I'll give her that. Why she didn't go into acting or drama I have no idea. She completely faked a 17-year marriage extremely well. Now, she is just completely irrelevant to me.

The only way you’d know is if you had a hurt person (feelings wise) ❤or else, if people just take it, these guys get away with it. It baffles me why certain individuals just can’t see the big picture.” ☺️💯2:54 other points of view and differing opinions are an absolute threat to them. 😎🙏

It took me awhile but I figured she was a covert. My friend had knitted me a bird the same type of bird the c narc had. I got permission to give it to the narc t her birthday party. Everybody loved the gift! The c narc actually got jealous that the gift was getting more attention than she was. She even asked me for 4:34 another one! 😢😮

I realize there’s myriad of behaviors, but not sure about this video.. I don’t like personal questions (5:45) because I’ve nearly been killed by jealous people, and they were like that wanting to know every detail because they were predators. I’m extremely hypervigilant and vet absolutely everyone after what I survived.. I don’t owe anyone anything about my personal life except people I know who are safe.

The one word that defines what most narcissist's want and expects from other's is : ( Deify ) 1 a : to make a god of . b : to take as an object of worship . 2 : to glorify as of supreme worth . PS . I will not be giving any such tributes of the word ( Deify ) to anyone . Not happening on my watch ' as the Observer of Narcissism .

You sure are great at casting stones. Every human exhibits some sort of narcissistic behavior to a certain extent and it’s not a one size fits all. No one likes being called out in front of a group…..most decent people care about their image…..and anyone with a brain WILL care what others think about them…..within reason. And no one should be the butt of a joke…..
