For any guidance, I advice you go through KWS so they allocate you a guide who mostly is a member of the community. It's cheaper and also has a sense of accountability in case of anything

Hello Efa. Normally, the waters are part of the National Reserve Managed by the Government. It is recommended however, to go through the KWS, pay the fee and they allocate you a guide. That way if anything happens, KWS are held liable otherwise, if you pick those on site, it becomes difficult to trace them in the event of unfortunate circumstances

It's been brought to my attention that holding starfish and sea urchins on the glass boat is very harmful for them and the marine life. Many of the captains even feed the fish with bread too to attract dozens of them. Please if you can, ask your captains not to do that! Cheers guys!
