Same I live In Winston. All of these are good and I tend to take for granted how much cool stuff we have here. Ideas??? I think you should do places that are “close by” (maybe no more than an hour) to Winston for out door fun like hiking, swimming, lakes, ect. Because that’s something I LOVE about living here. We have a lot of arts and fun things in Winston and it’s cool to be so close to everything but also beautiful mountains and lakes close by and still live in the biggish city. And I know dif city sky walk in Greensboro science center surprised me by how fun it is. Another good idea imo with holidays coming up could be the different places to go to pumpkins, festivals, farms, see Christmas lights, Halloween stuff ect.

Good morning and thanks for the comment! as fas as bike trails and outdoor things in general I would have to say that both cities are great for that however Winston Salem is closer to the mountains. Energy of the neighborhoods, this is greatly going to very on the neighborhood in each city but generally I would have to give it to Greensboro, they are a much bigger city. Although home prices are more expensive in Greensboro, and its only 30-45 minutes from Winston Salem. I may be biased as I am a resident of winston salem but these are my opinions. Ramon - Nice informative videos. Just a humble tip: slow down your film of the area(s) a bit. You move too fast! it defeats the purpose of you filming and it makes some people a bit dizzy. Some folks lose interest and move on to another realtor. Like me and my family. 😉 Good luck!

Moved here from NY can't wait to leave and get to Charlotte, I'm use to being with Cool people but this town is Ultra Weird and Segregated! But if someone is moving here just stay away from the East and North Side on Town! Thank me later!

Yessir the North and East side definitely have their rough spots, just out of curiosity what do you mean by segregated? Outside of Winston city limits I can see what you mean but that hasnt been my experience in the city. Thanks for the comment!

@@movingtowinstonsalem8499 Its ultra Segregated, I used to do gig work and I would stay and work in the West Side of Town, Lewisville, Clemmons, etc and I can tell I wasn't welcomed! I've been pulled over Twice by 🚔 Police and one Cop was surprised I had no Criminal record! But for the educated Tax paying Educated African American with no Criminal records "Charlotte" is a better fit Even Kannapolis, Concord, and Harrisburg! Raleigh is ok but also culture Shock and Boring!

Hey Courtney! Im not sure where you hang out but I rarely see any homeless people, Im from souther califonia and over there we have a real homeless population issue. As far as poverty rate, with some quick googling, the top 100 cities ranked by poverty rate go from 36% to 4% so that puts us near the middle, wouldnt you say?
