We also have the Historical Society they also in the fall have the ghost walks which is a lot of fun there's also the tree lights ceremony and in the Square Downtown Oakville and on Kerr Street there are horse and buggy rides downtown Oakville around Christmas time there's a jazz festival in the summer Art in the Park and also they have movie night in the Square Downtown Oakville the people in Oakville are the most friendliest people you walk down the street and someone always says hello how are you I love Oakville oakville's my hometown no better place in the world to live

hey Daniel, I will be coming to Oakville Canada in August as an International student. So my main question is Can I get lower price rentals in sharing for max 2 -3 people? I will be a full-time student so, I can work only 20 hours officially based on that Do I get a part-time job in town ? and lastly, I am a bit worried about finding those rental properties as it is high in pricing.

Hey Hassan, So right now the market stats showed in May that the average freehold townhouse in Oakville is $1,258,152. For a condo townhouse it is $943,119. If you're young & looking for culture, night life - don't move here. its more suited for senior residents. It's a very inclusive neighbourhood - wealthy/old money, and majority of shops do not open on Mondays, - downtown Oakville, and most close around 4:30pm. Public Transportation (Oakville Transit)is not reliable, fewer bus routes, no night service for those working from the city or jobs that have later start /end times - best to have a car. Go transit is your best option for public transport. Oakville, is still in its early stages of development. if your coming from a big city - the culture shock will follow soon.

Да,удивительно послушать мнение людей из другой цивилизации.Моя дочь живет в Оквилле и я была там в2018.Я не поняла этот город.Я его не увидела.Да,есть район со старыми очень красивыми домами у озера.Есть малюсенький центр города,похожий на двухэтажные города в фильмах о Диком Запале.Я прошла его за 15 минут.Парки искусственные с небольшими ручейками,я бы и реками их не назвала.Невкусная еда,в основном китайская.И что меня убило-это километровые длинные улицы домов-скворечников,скучные и не уютные.В Канаде так много земли и так мало людей и почему-то дома прилеплены друг к другу и большинство их без земли.В России такой дом никто не купит.Как это дом без земли?И где индейцы?Вы их всех убили?
