I am in Hurghada, Egypt right now. Nothing amazing here but it's okay for a quite relaxing holiday for some natural vitamin D. Mostly under construction / development is this place. People are okay, I guess it would be better if you could speak Arabic. Lots of people mentioning how good Sharm El Sheikh is, apparently is it re opened for tourists again, I will hopefully be visiting there but as it has been closed to tourist for a long time there may have been a decline in everything there and be a start from scratch kind of thing. Hurghada hasn't got much to offer at the moment. Maybe I'm wrong? I wouldn't say I've travelled all over Hurghada but I have been to recommended places. Apart from that streets have got mostly same shops everywhere I.e pharmacy shisha spots an odd few food places not much to offer. The marina is good for food and dessert and that's about it really. Don't know what else to say. If I think of any thing else in my experience I will add on here.

@@AmjadKhan-vr7cw 33000 gbp 🇬🇧 developer standard . you still have to fix the kitchen unit , aircon plus all furniture in the bedroom . a top of that electricity bill for life cost 3000 gbp i think is another 10000 in total after you received the key . that means 43000 gbp :)

I would like to visit with my family (little children) from Germany. Is this safe? I have always loved Egypt but i am a little bit afraid with kids. Last time i had almost booked tickets for Cairo when a terroristic attack haben and rebooked for London :/ Hurghada seems interesting. What do you say?!

Small towns on the Red Sea are very good and safe, and the north coast is also Cairo needs to know where exactly a huge and crowded city is heading, so in Cairo I only advise you to visit the Egyptian Museum, Tahrir Square, the Nile Palace, the Civilization Museum, Al-Moez Street, and the Religious Complex, and don't think about going anywhere else in Cairo with children who will suffer walking and moving around.

Hurghada is a good place and probably better than Sharm El Sheikh IMO. But I agree with some people that it is nothing special. The mosque is very beautiful, enjoyed the jeep safari and I liked the marina too plus the people were nice and friendly. Egypt as a country is fascinating though especially Cairo, Giza, Luxor and Aswan

Giftun island was nothing special at all. Waist of my money. The dive, snorkle and dolphin trips were waaaaay nicer. The mosque in the evening wss highlight #1 for me. Amazing sight!

@@aliahmed13 Hi Mike, we booked all our excursions through our travel agency (corendon) the guy who gives the info at the resort. We didn't go to to pyramids because we hadn't enough time. I think you should count on close to 2 days if you go by bus.
